OT... is anyone going to be in WDW in April?

We were planning on going for DS's spring break.. April 20th - 27th.. Along with DH's Parents, DH's Sister, her hubby and their daughter.. They are flying in from Colorado..

Well our friends are taking 2 big RV's and staying at Camp Widerness or something.. and invited the 3 of us to drive with them instead of fly.. Saving us about $1,200 in plane tickets for that week

We already have a car at our house so we don't even need to rent one.. although, DH's family is renting one..

Anyone else wanna come with.. ?

ME, ME!! I want to go in our motorhome!!

Aww. Does she need any extra grandkids at sea? My mom would be 81, and I really miss their time with her! MIL is also in her 80's but we don't see her that often, and she's not that cute.

I'm sure she would love it! She will probably just tell everyone to call her Granny. All of our friends, their kids and grandkids call her that. Many don't even know she has a "real" name!

Veggie wars tonight. I've already pureed the onion garlic zuchinni pepper carrots and tomatoes to get the kids to eat the "meat sauce" without complaint. So am I taking it a step too far to puree some kidney beans??

Save the beans! What would they do to the texture!

I just discovered I bought some of that recalled beef. I am so glad I didn't serve it to the guests this past weekend!

Just got back from helping my mom pack (throw away junk). I hope she is still talking to me when we leave next week. I keep throwing all her stuff away. The only thing I feel bad about is throwing away some of my grandmother's things. She was an avid painter. I chose several paintings for myself and just made a big "got to leave" stack of the rest. I will give them to other family members. I would rather someones enjoy them.

Would it be really bad if I make her repack/throw out stuff from the already repacked boxes? She is moving to a smaller house and the one she was in was full.

How are the bridal nerves? I changed the reflex "dh to "df" then thought, soon it WILL be dh! Hope it's all "smooth sailing" these days on the arrangements and such...

Wendy - I am glad you made it home safely. I enjoyed the photos and TR. Also, Thank you Wendy for the pins! The kids are going to love them. I can't wait to see what they look. Since you went to Disneyland Paris, you have given us the bug to see the other Disney parks too. Don't be surprised to see us in Europe in two to three years. Now, Hong Kong and Japan may be longer than that. But, some day we plan to go to there too.

That's got to be hard, I'm sorry! A friend of mine is cleaning out her mom's house as she's now in a nursing home...they sold the house to a young couple, who are happy to have some of the appliances and such!
