We've watching him. He is so funny. I get a kick out of it when they have little models (not people) or people in costumes. He's the only chef on tv that talks to his oven.

Mmmmmmmmmmm! Cheesecake! You know what happened the last time we all started talking about food? I had an apple pie in my oven.

I was talking to a girl today about Thanksgiving food and she was talking about how she never cooks, but one year, she made an apple pie and it came out of the oven so beautiful, she couldn't believe it. She was bragging to everyone about how great it looked and how she'd made the whole thing from scratch including the lattice top. She said she went on and on about this pie. They finally cut into it, and it cut beautifully as well. Then people tasted it. She said she'd put her DH in charge of the little bit of lemon juice that the recipe called for and he'd confused tsp with TBS and it tasted horrible.

Hi! Cooking two turkeys, stuffing, mashed potatoes, a whipped sweet potato dish, wonton sausage appetizers, gravy, and rolls for about 30 people. We're eating early because the Packers play at 12:30 and I am going to watch them, and NOT be cooking.
