Guess I could dust...naaah, I cleaned enough yesterday...

OK, I Did it... I designed the Back of my shirt.. What do you all think??? Now, be gentle, I am NOT a crafty person, except when it comes to Scrap Booking... I decided Not to use our Logo on my shirt, this way in September I can wear my shirt again.. Not sure if I will add to the front.. Probably.. In the picture it is on the Box I used to keep it stretched... Oh and ... Ya' Think you'll recognize me now?

I'm guessing once she "discovers" boys, the showering thing will take care of itself. Or, you could be "that" Mom and start stapling those pine tree air freshner things to all her clothes and tell her she can't leave the house without one on. Or extend the string and make her wear it around her neck.

Well she hasn't needed to start using deodorant yet..so I don't need to go that far. But she has really long hair, and it needs to be washed every other day. I don't make her shower every day in the cooler weather..but still. She makes everything into a fight. And I just can't roll over and give in.

Stacy - I dreamed I'd gone to NJ for something and you and I had met up for lunch, then we went for a drive around the area and you were pointing out houses that had burned down. And then you stopped and showed me a grapevine that you said you were going to use when you started your winery. Then we stopped at your grandmother's house for a visit and when we were leaving, she insisted on putting on your tennis shoes for you.

ok is there anyone who wants to link dinner reservations with us? I hope I have not asked this before - if I did I ask I have forgotten - sorry. But we have early dining (we are trying it as we have done late dining to decide which we like best before the PC 15 day cruise in May (we already have early on it but know it is easier to change to late than vice versa if need be usually)

So if anyone is out there on early dining who we can connect reservations with let me know and then I need to know how to link!

I raised 2 sons to I guess you can say adulthood..and they never gave me the problems she does. I always wanted a girl, and a girly girl..and they say becareful what you wish for. OMFG is that soo true. I dread full scale puberty..she and I are gonna kill each other.

I ONLY have a boy.. but as an Adult, I see what I put my own Mother through, in my "tween" years.. and it wasn't Pretty..

Does anyone want an 11 you old daughter...I can't say darling cause well...right now she isn't!! OMG..I will not survive her tween years let alone puberty and teens!!

My boys never spoke to me the way she does, or fight with me to bathe!! I want her to shower now, since we are going out for dinner later, and she is fighting me. She is constantly fighting me about her room and showers. Well I felt that she can do what she watns with her room, let her be able to "control" that..but on showering I am gonna win. But if I let her be the smelly girl, we won't have to worry about boys now will we...

Girls are funny aren't they? Amazing the things they will argue about. I don't think its about the bathing as much as the control. Jas is always telling me how she hates being told what to do all the time. Yesterday she got all upset because I told her to eat an apple for her snack.

But she already told me a year ago that I'm a "failure as a parent" so the bar's been set pretty low for me. In fact I use that against her whenever she argues with me, I just say "well Jasmine you know I'm a failure as a parent!

DS only saves his face when a Girl says so

He does shower daily.. and Only because his Medical class is ALL girls, other then him, so who do you think they practice their procedures on? He is the only one who can take off his shirt

My Mother did that !!!! And then she told the Barber to Cut it OFF

I HATED having my hair brushed.. It would always knot up like a "Rat's Nest" by my neck.. Mom would brush it hard and it hurt

Been there..done that. She gets mad at me and then starts muttering..OMG the things she says. I just ignore them. Most of the time when she is being ummm...'witchy', she will apologize later.

This totally sounds like something my cat would do. Or jump up on the box while I was doing it. Or get in the box and start scratching around. The cat gives me fits and everyone who knows me knows it.
