I know what you mean, I'd been calling DVC everyday on my waitlists. Now it seems weird not to be calling them!

We'll be in Belgium until summer of 2010...we're only a couple hours from Disneyland Paris by train!

Shannan has already told me what a great home-schooling opportunity it would be for her! She's fascinated by foreign countries and governments (as well as by our government). She wrote letters and sent email to embassies of every country she could find last winter. She received all kinds of information, including a beautiful letter and certificate naming her the official ambassador from Estonia to our neighborhood.

I guess I could be like my brother who flew in for our first cruise from Alaska. He had to buy his entire wardrobe on the ship and wear my daughter's flip flops.

Well DH & I will be at dinner every nite, with a bunch of Diser's and we should be at the clubs most nites. I also plan on being at the meet .

Me too! I'm a communications officer, stationed at NATO HQ. Where is your DS stationed? What does he do?

He is a 2nd Lt., he went thru ROTC in college. He just finished his first year of service. He is stationed at Edwards AFB. He is a mechanical engineer. His project is this new fighter jet they have built and are testing in Texas. As of now he is basically a desk jockey.

You must be very proud of him!

Where did he go to college? I was an AF ROTC instructor at San Diego State for a few years. It was a lot of work, but a great experience. My former cadets are Lts and Capts and are stationed all over the world now. I'm so proud of all of them.

He went to Clarkson University, in Potsdam NY. He went from subfreezing weather to sunny Southern CA!! I think he likes CA better then upstate NY!!

And yes, I am very proud of him.
