I just read the same thread. We enjoyed our Palo dinner, and our server did bring us extra things to try, but they were smaller portions and she brought them to us to share. I understand about not wasting food. I suppose you could ask that your server not bring you anything you didn't order, however, I think trying new things is part of the Palo experience. You'll find that your servers will sometimes bring you extra things in the regular dining rooms, too. I think that Jim ate until he could hardly move a few times, but if you pace yourself and don't worry about leaving some on your plate, you'll be fine. I imagine that, when preparing the shopping lists for Palo, the chef includes the fact that extras will be offered, so you really aren't wasting the food. It's already prepared and has to be served to someone, and it won't last forever!Ok, so maybe this is sacrilege...but I was just reading a Palo thread, and people here have mentioned rolling out of there...I don't find being stuffed romantic, you know?
