Got flu shot today. The shot didn't hurt at all, but it sure is sore now.

Get a good night's sleep! I hope you feel better. Make sure that you tell the boss' boss that a happy, relaxed employee is a great asset to the company, and you won't be happy or relaxed unless you get the day off!

What are the Dates ??

We're celebrating both events on the cruise, although neither one actually happens while we're at sea. Our anniversary is Dec. 30, and Jim's birthday is Jan. 7. Both events are always overshadowed by the holidays, so we've decided that we should celebrate them at a time when there's nothing else going on, like the beginning of December. While we're at WDW we'll be celebrating DS and DDIL's anniversary, and DDIL's birthday. Again, neither of those events actually happen while we'll be there (the ann. is 11/6 and the birthday is 11/28) but what better place to celebrate anything, right?

We don't actually celebrate things on their real dates as a rule. We always pick a date when we can do something special. My birthday is at the end of May, so we usually combine Mother's Day and my birthday, and frequently celebrate it at Disney World. Our first cruise was our celebration for those holidays way back in 2001.

And now, I'm heading upstairs to watch ER and go to sleep!

There are still Cat 4-11 available on the ship for those hoping to upgrade. WE are glad we did.

If we can get something cheap at the port, we will. Otherwise, we are gonna be just fine in the 12.

We're the same. Our anniversary is actually this month, but DH can never get time off in November, so we're calling the cruise a belated anniversary trip.

I have never cruised before so I am hoping i will be happy with a Cat12 because we don't know any differant...although i wouldnt complain if they wanted to give me an upgrade, we gave DCL all of our money for the wedding
From what i hear the inside cabins are nice because the pesky sun doesnt wake you up.

We do the same thing alot.. DH's Birthday is January 28th and I'm February 1st.. So normally we do a weekend thing and go to out to diner or to NYC and shop.. We even did a DCL once because both our Birthdays were covered.. I think it makes it more special that way

Does anyone know if they have the potato head parts like they do at the parks. I somehow manage to keep getting the wrong hand for the boys. When we went on '06 we only got the left (could be the right) hands and when we went in February I managed to mess up again and get more of the hand we already have. so just hoping they have them on the ship to purchase

Yes, now that we're in November I feel like I have so many things to do before the cruise!

Any advice on things to take to SSR? I know there are coffeemakers in the rooms, but do they also supply the coffee?

I got a call from DVC last night and my last waitlist came through. So now I've got one booking for Jasmine and me for 3 nights, 1 for my DSis and her friend for 2 nights, and 1 for DB for 1 night!

Now if I can just get my BWV straightened out so that I have a 1 BR or a studio for both days, and don't have to check out and back in.

Stacy, I'm so glad you got the ticket dismissed! You deserve it after all the hassles you've been put through. And I know your DS feels better. Poor kid was so upset about the ticket. He sounds like a hoot though, too bad he won't be on the cruise.

Wendy, tyvm for your kind words about my son.. He is a hoot and I was sooo tempted to take him with us, but unfortunately he can't take the days from his Vocational Medical Program.. After 10 he can be kicked from the program.. He already took 4.. DS is alot like me and at least He is fun... Not like some people in this household.. *cough DH cough

Actually DH has his moments.. Him and I are both Aquarius and we bump heads at times.. But he is a Keeper

So back to bed for me.. Woke up earlier with a small Tummy Ache I'm hoping it goes away..
