Good Morning everyone Well I have a lot of reading to catch up on LOL Miss a day Miss a 20 pages LOL Hope everyone is well and YAY for most of U it is less than a month before we leave our Homes for The vacation

DH just called and said he just checked our car rental rate for LV next week and it had gone down $42 and change for the time we have the car. We aren't even there and are ahead!

This is the biggest gambling budget we have ever taken, but I am hoping I can convince DH to spend some time in the room.

We are going to be in Las Vegas next week, too. Have fun.

And we're going to be in Atlantic City. I guess we DIS'ers have taken to gambling to support our cruising addiction! Unfortunately, I have to work while I'm in AC, but I may find a "minute or two" to spend in the casino!

DH is working this trip (Trade Show every year) and I am playing! We were in Atlantic City in August. Funny thing is....we don't drink and hardly gamble.

I just ordered my Thanksgiving pies from Bakers Square and will pick them up the night before. Yummy.

My son is enrolled in a new virtual academy and is not supposed to miss school for the cruise. I think we may have to do some school on the boat. I just don't know when we will find time to do the lessons.
I am hoping he can work ahead and then I will just log his time from the ship. Don't tell the teachers.

I did have a whole link to the SS However, due to security of the children and some "shifty" Dis' members ruining our fun and making some not so polight comments, I took all names and Cabin numbers off the list..

We may have to Print and make a bunch of copies of a finalized list when all our GTY have Cabin numbers

We have played several games here how about funniest or wierdest person on a flight with you?
Mine is Turkey Man Story
Turkey Man was seated on my left a few years ago on a flight to Orlando. As the flight attendants started around with beverages, TM picked up his duffle and pulled out a Jewel deli package of about 2lbs of sliced turkey. He asked if he could use my tray table (he couldn't use his because he stuck his stockinged feet up in the air every few minutes) for his turkey and large Gatorade. He proceeded to gobble his turkey, slice by slice by holding it in the air and dangling it into his mouth. When he finished his turkey, he pulled out his toothbrush and toothpaste and put a squiggle of paste on the brush and then sat there balancing his toothpaste until the occupied sign turned off. He went down the aisle in his stocking feet, carrying his toothbrush to the back of the plane. Needless to say there were turkey "crumbs" all over his area. And that folks is my TM story. My friends like me to tell this story and act it out over and over and over.

I drink very little (an occasional glass of wine or an "adult coffee beverage" while cruising), and drink not at all during this event because I'm representing the City and have to have a clue what I'm talking about!

I'm bringing my $20 roll of quarters with me--it's the same roll I brought last year and never used because I ended up with the flu and never left my room except to work. I never even went to any of the "after hours parties", just went back to my room with the lovely view of the parking garage and went to sleep!

This is our 11th November Vegas trip in a row. Daytime weather is still great for the pools.

Have fun. Stacy, you and I all got our sick out of the way for the rest of the year. Hope your quarters are lucky this year. BTW do those machines still take coins or are they all paper now, I can't remember.
