My sister is giving the boys a carnival for their b-day, she has bounce houses and a slide and is going to hire a clown. Her business partner does face painting and the clown does ballon animals, she is going to have a fishing thing too for the kids to win small prizes and a duck pond. Don't worry she is not going to spend a small fortune the only thing that she will spend money on is the clown. Bought everything I could find last year after halloween for .05 and .10.

Came home early to finish prepping for the big party tonight. There was an infomercial on Belgian TV for a new beauty product. It heals scars, cures acne, prevents wrinkles, makes skin look younger. What is it you ask?

I am off with the kids for a cook-out at Bill's work. It should be fun! They're going to have bounce houses, face painters and even some of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders there. I have a cute photo of Cole (DS2) with them last year. He is a charmer!

Has anyone on here used Dreams Unlimited before? Our TA at AAA left the company and her replacement seems to know nothing about Disney. Thanks in advance.

Several times. I LOVE Dreams Unlimited. They watch and if the fares go down they give you the discount. You don't have to keep an eye on it. DCL was going to add $100 per person to the Canal cruises, DU stepped up and added that amount to OBC for all their customers. Others followed, but DU set the standard. Then DCL said no extra charges because there was such a broo ha ha, but DU said they were still giving the extra OBC. So, besides sponsoring this board and keeping us all talking, they also provide excellent customer service!

My friend has a daughter and when she turned 2 my friend looked into renting a Bounce House and it cost more to rent then it would if she bought it from Costco so she bought it and whenever we go over there, the adults use the house more then her daughter

oh and I hate clowns.. they scare me.. when I was young I was brought to a circus and Scream everytime the clows came out

I am going to ask on the main board, but DH asked me last night if threads on the DIS and other boards give readers a false expectation of a free upgrade? I guess it is like news, you don't hear how many planes landed safely in a day only about a crash. In essence, people post more if they get upgraded than the people who got in the cabin for which they paid.

My experience on this board is that folks keep saying "BOOK WHAT YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH, BECAUSE DCL GIVES VERY FEW UPGRADES." Also, repeatedly I read that there is no rhyme or reason that anyone can figure out as to who gets the few and far between upgrades.
