You might want to try one of the Go Lights also. Not only does it help you wake up in the morning, but it can help to reset your circadian rythmn, so that you fall asleep easier in the evening.
Definitely take a look at the website: www.apollohealth.com. I don't think I've taken an Ambien since I started using mine!
