Awww :goodvibes

It's GREAT to be a Kid at heart  and to let him/her out once in a while :yay: and YES, we feel the same "magic" :wizard: each and every time we go.. If we didn't we wouldn't be there 3+ times a year..

DH is even on the waiting list for Club 33 in Disney Land

:)

Yeah Jennifer and I saw Club 33 on a Travel Channel special on Disneyland and we weren't 100% sure what it was all about. :confused3 Are you purchasing the ability to eat there or are there other perks you get as well?

- Bill

There was someone that posted on the collecting board how they made a frame to keep the pins, seemed fairly easy to do and cost effective.

Thank You.. I have looked over on the collector's board a few times.. but I never saw anything that looked really good.. But it's been a while and maybe it deserves another look

You purchase the rights to eat there :lmao: You still need to pay the $10,000 or so for a membership and then pay for food.. Yes ::yes:: DH is Nutz.. Trust Me...

Apparently you get some free type of perks too but I wasn't too clear on what they were exactly..

But you're also on like 5 - 10 year waiting list

I actually lived in West LA before we moved to Irvine. My Dad worked at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute. He was the Personnel Director there, not a doc.

We've been in Belgium over a year now. Disneyland Paris is only a 3 hour drive from us, and we still haven't gone. But if I buy into DVC....:rolleyes1

Ha... that's the irony. I've been to Disneyland Paris.... but Disneyland in Anaheim? Like I can't make the 45 minute drive... heh. :rolleyes1

Soon though... sooooooooooon.

I was sad for them that they couldn't feel the "magic" :wizard: of Disney. Call me an old sentimental fool (no age comments Jennifer :)), but I do "feel it" when I at WDW or especialy on a cruise and I am a kid all over again.

Well said! :thumbsup2 I agree completely.

It is sad when some people can not let go and be free by the "Disney" experience.:sad1:

:rotfl2:

We live in NJ and had the time to get there.. Jeeze... :confused3 What's up with that??

I'm hoping to find a way to frame mine. Now I just need some time ..... :thumbsup2

For the few pins that I loved and knew I'd keep, I just got a corkboard like people hang in their office for memos with pushpins. I covered the whole thing in a Disney theme fabric that happened to have a checkerboard pattern. I stapled the fabric into place around the edges then covered the staples by hot gluing ribbon around the edge. Took off the backs of the pins, pushed them through the fabric and into the cork, and there you have it.

But them, I'm not a "serious" collector. The same principle would probably work with a shadowbox as well though if you were worried about keeping them dust-free, etc.
