I dunn-o if I'd really want to travel so fast K ... sometimes half the fun lies in the JOURNEY! Especially when it's on someting like the Magic or Wonder!

This would really make travel faster....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Same to you Andrew... just a few more hours now! And may I add our warmest Holiday wishes to everyone else gathered here! Travel safely and in particular please be careful on the road. One of the largest risks we routinely take is when driving - and there are so many other folks who seem to be in a hurry, maybe rude when driving ... and possibly unhappy and dangerous in their driving. SO... just ignore those unfortunate folks and stay safe while enjoying your holiday!

At any rate, I gotta run now. Gotta 8 pound bone in prime rib to prepare for tonite - then I think we'll go out fer a movie or some last minute wandering. Oh... I gotta prepare some garlic potatoes and I need some ingredients to whip up a home made gravey too. So much to do still.... then we're traveling in the days to come through January - so I'll not around much until after this. But I promise I'll be back!

Great ideas Tom! I'll help where I can. I don't think I'd participate in the Mickey Bar contest. Brain freeze You know, I never had one Mickey bar on my last cruise. What is wrong with me??

As time draws closer can someone please help me with door signs? It will take me the whole 20 months to accomplish this on my own. I attempted to do them before but it was a pathetic attempt. Oh, and t-shirts!!! I didn't dare try those. Can you tell I'm not very creative?!!

Isn't it hot enough in there already? Secret deck 7 aft would be far cooler! Just kidding!!! Is the purpose of a laundry room meet so we can take hostage of the washers and dryers long enough to get our clothes clean? OK, I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. I think I've eaten too many iced sugar cookies.

I can make a few door magnets, Veranda Man and I had the market of them on the aug 06 double dip cruise.

Yes you will need some graphic program to allow you to write on the image file.

I am not very good at new creations, but I am a great thief at taking some pic and adding some touches to it

I have no problem with good clean fun, but there is NO reason to see the same pictures over and over and over again. It makes reading a thread impossible. That is the problem with the repro thread. It is very hard for people to read or keep up.


Now Don't go putting words into my mouth,

As I don't know you and you don't know me. don't jump to fast concussions.

I didn't say it was a Rule. I made a simple request we try to limit posting the same pictures over and over again. When someone posts a picture it is great. I love good nature fun.


But much like group email, people in many cases hit the reply all when a simple reply will do.

It is email courtesy to not continue posting the same thing over and over.

Now people will continue to do as they please, and that is fine. All I did was make a simple request. Now here is another to you. lighten up. yourself.

... your original comments just came across as a bit pithy. We're no where near having 5 or 6 or more repeats of anything being posted. And, that said ... I am usually quite lite hearted in ALL matters. I've encountered some mildly dark hearted folks on the DIS before and it just seemed as if it might be some of that emerging here.

As you stated, we don't know one another on any meaningful level - and please accept my humble apolagies if you were miffed.

Now - if you'll excuse me - I gtta get to work on that prime rib. Adios!

I like your door magnet!! OK, I think that is my problem then, getting the correct software. I know what'll be on my Christmas list for next year! I did manage to get some pictures and arrange lettering around them. Like I had clipart of Thumper and wrote "Thumpin' Our Way Across the Western Caribbean Oct. 20-27, 2007" But it was sort of boring.
