My check-off list is according to floor and rooms are in order....no back-tracking! But I didn't separate the gifts into days. You're one OCD step ahead of me.
Oh this is so funny that you posted this. After I packed the ziplocks according to floor, I started thinking about your chart system, not for forgetting people, but so that I wouldn't back track. So I got out my handy passporter and wrote down the order I need to deliver them for no backtracking and then reorganized each floor in order of how to deliver them. Then I figured I'd be walking up and down the hall looking for the room numbers (did I mention I have NO sense of direction?) being I don't know the layout of the ship so I actually drew a pic of the layout of the ship and wrote in which side the rooms are on for each floor, but I don't draw well so I won't scan that and share! Talk about OCD.

But one good thing about those of us who are organized (I prefer to think of myself that way vs. OCD

) is that we are willing to share. So, here's a good order to deliver the gifts in if anyone wants it. Sometimes there is only a single cabin to deliver on one side, so you need to cut across by elevators and then double back to the other side, but it seems like the least timely. If my DH knew how much effort I put into this he would give me a big eye roll!
So here's my route: (We'll just need to plug in aseal's room number when we get it.)
Floor 2: 2506, 2075, 2605, 2616, 2618
Floor 6: 6600, 6131, 6086
Floor 7: 7040, 7005, 7507, 7621, 7628, 7638
Floor 8: 8086, 8022, 8530
Up to deck 9 in search of a refreshment after all that exercise...
FYI: I went to workshop once and the speaker said if it interferes with your life (i.e. needing to check the light switches 5 times before leaving the house an you can't leave the house unless you do it and you do that with all the light switches), it's OCD and if you just enjoy being that obsessive you have OCP which is obsessive compulsive personality. I guess I have OCP, hee, hee. Hey, I admit it!! I team with a very random person at work and we compliment each other and make a great team.
