Yensid 1222 and I will be joining you guys on this cruise. We were on repo from Barcelona to Dover and booked this while we were there. I am excited to sail on West Coast. I haven't been to San Francisco in over 20 years so I am excited to stop there also.

Hi all,

I joined this thread awhile back but got busy with other things.

Now I heard my friend Jackie is wanting more of us "Thieves" who are going to be active in the thread(s) so I am back. And hopefully I can contribute a bit more than I have in the past.

Being from British Columbia and having spent LOTS of time in Vancouver, I might be able to answer a few questions.

I did scan a couple of maps of Vancouver and posted them on my flickr site.

As anyone that has cruised with me before knows I do like to do up magnets and designs when the mood strikes me. Right now I am waiting to get an updated version of Photoshop elements (not sure if I should buy 8 or wait for 9) before I do anymore. But I did create a few back in September I posted here.

Anyhow, glad to see the list has grown magnificently. Now to get caught up on what I have missed.

Oh thanks again for the designs! I had the "Canada eh?" Mickey as my wallpaper on my old laptop - didn't remember where it came from to load it to this one! Welcome back to the thread!

Seems like there are a lot of experienced cruisers on this cruise. This will only be my number 5 but Scott (my son who I travel with) will be on number 7. I don't think we will do Disneyland before the trip as we go there frequently and I don't think I can get off during end of month stuff for two weeks. I am looking forward to a few days in Vancouver as I have never been there.

I have decided which flight I want to go into LAX...still thinking about the return flight as some of us will be playing in Vancouver and Seattle after we get off the Wonder.

Need to also find out from my parents if they are going to use my air miles or if I'm able to use my own miles

Ken - I'm planning on doing the nonstop from Orlando on the 27th at 7am that gets into LAX at 935am. I would love to get in on the 26th, but that would mean an additional day off from work - I'd rather tack that on to the end since this will be the 1st time to Seattle/Vancouver area.

OK got air and pre cruise hotel all done for this trip, Air was very very reasonable flying DEN to LAX then YVR to DEN, I was very very surprised.

We're flying out on the 24th, for a couple days at Disneyland, perhaps a trip over to CBS to see The Late Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson.

Easter week? I read that points are higher in general out there. Check the points for Hawaii!!!!

Our son, Michael, is graduating from Duke Law School the same time we'd be cruising!
