03/29/08, March 29, 2008 Eastern Magic - Who else?

Hey Brian are you traveling from the Pensacola area? I would suggest you take I10 to Jacksonville and come down I95. Maybe that way you will miss alot of the Orlando traffic and all the toll roads. That's the way we are going, but we are leaving Friday afternoon and staying in Jacksonville. See you soon.:goodvibes

There is ampls parking at the port literally right outside the terminal and more, usually not needed, directly across the street...they will charge you $15/day payable in advance though.

Actually, I'm not a teacher but I'm married to one.

but I will admit that I'm slowly slipping into the "holiday mode"....just laying low, and not trying to "kick and sleeping dogs".

I know how to make you stop....Just start a thread on the main board and they will lock ;)

Okay I could not resist.......obviously you need to occupy yourself now that your projects are pushed back.

didn't anyone ever tell you that the week before spring break is "spring break slide" My kids spent the last half the period cutting all the stuff I laminated for you. Tell Lisa to get those magnets ready. :lovestruc

Steve, I just have to know: :confused3 What is your occupation?

Questions for the experts. Which Island do you think we will tender at? I hope the seas die down before we go. There is a live thread that said they coun't dock at Grand Cayman today because of ruff water. Lynn

According to these schedule we should be docking in both St. Maarten (http://www.portofstmaarten.com/aprlschedule.pdf) and in St. Thomas (docking @Crown Bay instead of WICO/Havensight) (http://www.stthomasthisweek.com/cruise_arrivals/) so hopefully no tendering.

Also, the high/rough surf conditions on the northern coast of St. Thomas and St. John (where Magens Bay and Trunk Bay are both located) appear to have subsided - http://www.virginislandsdailynews.com/index.pl/article_home?id=17622263, let's hope that will result in smoother sailing!

The only Island we would tender in is St. Thomas. Now last March we were slated to dock on Havernsight, but on Tuesday evening we were notified of a change and we needed to tender.
