Safe travels to all. The bags are packed -except for toiletries and stuffed animals. The weather is being closely watched. The kids are trying to get any assignments for next week mostly done before we leave. (All done, if I have any sayso.)
We will meet in the warmth of a semi-tropical sun and the pixie dust of Disney on Saturday. I very much look forward to it.

Status:

only last minute things to put in suitecases

bathrooms all cleaned

kitchen mopped

vaccuuming left and bathroom floors left

little laundry loads daily

days floating by.....

planning for other events coming along nicely -yet now officially OFF the table in honor of this big watery event!

I feel like I'm going to have to work very hard all by myself to get to the next page....it's so lonely on the board....my bathrooms are clean, just vaccuuming remains.....where is everyone?

SHOUTOUT! Everyone who hasn't left yet -- post at least one message and get our page count to at least 125 so we can claim we came so close to that insane goal of 150 -- ​

I mean, what impact on the world does reaching page 150 make? None, but yet i feel compelled to aquiesce to that request.....​

Okay...truth is, I'm too embarrassed to post....I still am NOT finished packing and I am in stroke mode!!!!!

I am getting totally STRESSED OUT.....I started drinking last night, LOL!!!!

My bed is covered in clothes right now..and Ron's family is coming over at 6:00..Rani I need you!!!!!!

On a more postive note, the girls are all packed as well as the toilietries.

I am about 75% packed (was fairly easy but VERY PAINFUL) I pretty much packed what few things I have that fit and Ron will only take about half--hour to pack..

I will be SO HAPPY when we are in the car heading to Denver!!!!! Cannot wait!!!
I think packing is somewhat comparable to childbirth...you actually forget how painful it is...until you do it again LOL!!!!!!!

Okay Rani... keep us fired up!!!!!

I have CNN on, and everytime I hear a report on FL....with the power outage and the weather..I think of Fieste dosen't sound like today is a good day to be arriving to Orlando..

Oh my gosh! Here's the link if anyone wants to check out the power outage in Florida. There are over 700,000 people without power? They'd better get it on before we get there!

Brenda - my spare bed is covered with clothing. I refuse to pack anything final until Thursday night. We fly out Friday morning. One last wash to do too!

Hi Everyone !!!

Well we leave tomorrow so I just wanted to say good bye see you real soon !!

I felt I had to post also because I'm the one who set that goal of 150. If we where all orgainized packers like Rani we could've made 200.

I don't know anything about a power outage. Going to look that one up plus call mom to make sure family are ok.

I'm packed but just going over everything because we are leaving right after I get home !

Just talked to mom and she said almost everyone has power and that it will be fixed by tonight ! But they are having thunder lighting and tornato warnings. The weathre is pretty ugly but being typical Florida weather, itcoming in fast and hard and leaving fast.

Okay, so my FIL just called me. He decided that he doesn't want to do an excursion in St. Maarten, now he wants me to book something for St. Thomas! I swear they just want to drive my insane. Oh & did I mention that now my DH is not feeling well (can you hear the world stopping)?

Okay, I feel SOOOOOOOOOOO much better now that I know my best bud "in-law" family is not packed either...... I was having a melt down here.. Everything is out and accounted for. Some way I went to Walmart and dropped $300 today and I have no idea on what. SHHHHH do not tell atinkerbelldad. We will save that for when the statement arrives when we get home.... Okay, everything is out and on the beds and floor. Have to print out everything and clean the house. I promise, I will not go to sleep tonight until it is all in the bags. Hey BJ, I was thinking of grabing a drink too to get me through it, but decided it was not worth packing all the wrong stuff!!!!!! Okay, I actually think childbirth is EASIER than this, plus I like it.... (DEAD PRESIDENTS)...

Thanks for thie info on the power outages, have not been on the computer, have recycled the paper and have not watched tv in days.... Thanks for stressing me out more.

OK - so believe it or not -- I now have a newbie question. I told you long ago that none of the excursions floated my boated to the tune of hundreds of $. So tonight, Craig comes home and says what are we going to do and where are we going to do and how are we going to get there on the islands? And my response was -- I have no idea....

So is there anyone that can give me the bulleted info on:

island:
beach on island:
shopping on island:
how to get to said places on island:
anything else that is a 'must see' on said islands?
