Hello Everyone!
I lurked yesterday. But last I looked it was page 88. I have been attempting to complet the day's honeydo list. Not done yet. But had to catch up and at least say "hi".
I agree, you can never start too young to teach kids about money. Most don't know anything. Then they become adults who don't know anything.
I can't believe where we'll all be 3 weeks from today.
I seem to have missed ALOT!
I have read the pages, but my head is spinning.

Well, I have one more outlined task while the DW is at school. Try on shoes for the cruise. Our DS's feet appear to grow over night. He has now surpassed me. Trying to get him to try on anything is always a challenge. He just informed us that his feet hurt with his school shoes. He was a full size different than what we bought him 3 months ago.
I'm going to sign off while I finish "The List", and let DD7 get on Webkinz for a while. Talk later tonight.

Rani, could you please share your packing list or does someone else have a great packing list !

I'm not Rani..but I will share a few out of the norm things I will be bringing along...

Liquid antibacterial hand soap for in the bathroom...CRAZY I know!!! but it is far less messy and much easier to use then bar soap, for washing your hands!!! and for .88 cents at wal-mart..I will just throw away what we don't use when we leave

Night light for in the bathroom...it provides just the right amount of light for the whole cabin..(I usally close the door a bit of it is to much light) this is something I always pack when traveling


SMALL lighted digital clock, the clocks in the cabin are not digital and as result you CANNOT see it in the dark( I don't care how good your eyes areLOL!!!) Last MArch I had to always turn the lamp on, and look at DH watch to see what time it was..it dosen't need to have analarm with it,...as Mickey will call you at whatever time you want to wait up

Ziploc bags Ziploc bags!!! of ALL sizes..they take up little to NO room and are nice for many uses...all the paper/brochures you may want to keep..Liquid whaterevers (shampoos, medicines etc. that need to be pack inside suitcases for air travel)...they just help keep things a bit more organized

Hi-lightersso you can Hi-light your navigator with things you might want to do the next day...we (all of us) would go through it before we, went to bed, and hi-lighted things that sounded fun to us...we may not do it all, but it was easier to see what was going on and what time of day it was happening...


SIngle dollar bills keep these by the door for room service tips..


Lanyard with key to the world card I found that it was in the best interest of my sanitiy to have EVERYONE including myself to hang our lanyards up on a hook by the bathroom ( I'm sure all rooms have them) right when we walked into the room, so when we walked out the door again...we weren't looking all over for someones lanyard!!! This really did work!!!!


Over the door shoe organizer While this work real well for us...I know some people don't care for them...with 2 girls, and ALOT of stuff... I found it worked well...the clear pockets allow you to see where everything was, it saved alot of clutter for us I hung this on the outside of the door...so that when someone was in the shower, we still had access to what ever someone needed, and it wasn't locked up in the bathroom..


Packing is just like everything in life...what might work for one may not work for another

By the way, DS walked in while I was reading the thread, saw the dancing banana at the bottom of one of Tink's posts, and immediately started dancing and singing "Peanut Butter Jelly!!! Peanut Butter Jelly!!!". He's only 5! I have no idea where he picked that up! He still was walking around singing it ten minutes later.

HAPPY to help make DS's day..... But doesn't he know his dad is allergic to peanuts and his sister's Disney Friend can not share a sandwich with him???

Tell DS, Tinkerbell's mom says "pea.....nut peanut butter, pea.....nut peanut butter & Jelly." Do not worry I will order it for him from room services and have it delivered to your room; oh I forgot, that's our room.....

Hey Michelle, great idea about the pixie dust.... She actually is getting a tinkerbell card for her birthday, signed from Tinkerbell's mom. I hear the card goes on and on about how her friend (my DS) wanted her to have a little Pixie Dust from him and Tinkerbell as well as Tinkerbell's Mom.

You guys know me sooooo well.......... Told you the entire ship is going to be waiting for the TINK family to report to customs on DD's b-day. We just can not get up that early.... You think if I call DCL (only have called them twice today ) and request that we are the last person called to report to customs, that it will work???? Oh I forgot, the ship can not dock until we all report, hope you guys are not planning excursions that morning...

I'd love to take credit but it was BJ who thought of the pixie dust. I should've because Tink has visited us while at Disney World !!

We just got back from eatting at our favorite Mexican place, great food and cheap !!

Dh is so excited tonight is the 125's for NASCAR. I'm excited because I don't work tomorrow !

Yes, I saw it was BJ's idea. After all she is best buds with Tinkerbell's Mom... I think the more pixie dust she gets the better. Only issue is you may have to tip your SH more to clean up the mess..... That's okay, grab Mike's tips as he does not yet have a SH and may be sleeping in your extra bed....
