Good Morning All!

I'm up a little late today, because it is a SNOW DAY!!!!

We are so JEALOUS!!!!! We LOVE snow days

Happy Friday to everyone....so does anyone have BIG Super Bowl plans??? Norm and Kim I seen where you are having a party, and if I remember right, Tink you are having one also?????
We are invited to two different parties, but we will have to wait and see what happens, right now I'm thinking that Ron and Kaylee may go, but Emily has had such a rough week and she has alot going on tomorrow, that I think she should just stay home and rest on sunday.... Instead of a Super Bowl party...maybe I will just stay home and have a SUPPER BOWL party...LOL...(sorry, not that funny)

I really don't know what happend to my pool picture...it really was MUCH bigger.... maybe it was too big and the Dis board moderators reduced it

We are on our third snow day of the week. Snaow days are great for catching up on a little "light" DIS board reading!

Okay, now I'm REALLY jealous!!!!! Bet your kids are loving it!!!!!

I wish we could've had some snow days this week, beings how Emily missed 3 1/2 days this week being sick...and now in 4 weeks we will turn around and miss 5 days for our trip, the days will all be in the same quarter

At this rate who knows, I may have an 8th grader again next year LOL!!!!! Which would be fine with me, as I not ready for her to go into high school

Believe it or not this was taken during the Pirate party on the 06 cruise. Don't my girls look like they are having the MOST FUN EVER!!!!!

For those of you who underestimated my talking about how much my girls love swimming, this is how their faces looked when they realized that the Goofy pool was closed for the on deck Pirate Party. I'm throwing in a food picture from that night as well.

Well our less then two years old TV's bulb broke so no TV until bulb comes ! I had the DVR set to record LOST and I hope it did. I love that show. Plus it's sucks that I can't watch the Super Bowl at home, I want to Giants to kick Pat's butts ( sorry to any Pat fans).

No new TV, I've got to have money to spend on our vacation. Thank God we got the protection plan that covers the light bulbs because they run from $300 to $1500. Our TV is a HD 50 inch Sony WEGA so James already has a new TV.

So how is your packing coming along, your done right.

Packing is SOOO not done. I'm to the point where I can't pack anything else because it would inconvenience the fam. But I have my lists so the last five days before I can just run down the lists and throw everything in and be done. I am looking at two large suitcases, three small rolling suitcases and one hanging garment bag. Hopefully, I'll decide to just shove and empty duffle bag into one suitcase for extra space to bring things home.

DH wants to know if you perfectly fold everything and that it has it's perfect place in the suitcase or do you just randomly throw things in there and be done with it ?

I'm betting on the neat fold and place personaly. James has to have the actual suitcase perfectly placed in the car.

James does not think your a hard case, he was just amazed that you go into such detail, remember who he's married too. Does rollong really keep out wrinkles !! I'm sooo bad at packing and stuff like being organized in general!!!!

maybe I'll have to do that! But seriously....go to the drycleaner and ask for a couple of the plastic long bags. Then layer them with your clothes that matter and roll -- the plastic keeps them from wrinkling. I find that rolling takes less air space and it's much easier to take individual things out without disrupting eveyrthing. Usually I live out of a suitcase even on long trips...However, I'm actually going to take everything out during the cruise because there seems to be no place to keep the cases without tripping over everything.

when I pack everything for five people -- I've got to be organized or we'd wind up needing a uhaul.... I have a short list of things I need to pick up in FL but not too much.

Good Morning Everyone !!

Did not have to work today so I sleep in.

Rani,
I've got to go grocery shopping so I'll hit the drycleaners after, thanks for the tips. I just can't believe that rolling stops wrinkles but I'm all for it.

DH is going to bring his Tux and suit and get it drycleaned or pressed, so I need all the suitcase/packing tips possible or I'll need a uhaul.

Madison's class is doing Alice in Wonderland ( a slightly different version of Disney's) and I have to get all the costumes ! I thought I was helping the kids with the costumes not getting them. DH just shakes his head, he said "One day you'll learn".

I'll check in later got to go shopping.
