Starting this thread for the February 14, 2014 3-night Bahamas cruise out of Port Canaveral.

I will be cruising with my DW, DD(9), DMIL and DFIL. Who is ready to join us in this cruise?

****Let's meet on the Cruise!! (Added 2/8/14)****
OK. There have been requests to add on a meet on the first day of the cruise. That is a great idea and we can gather at 3pm at the Promenade Lounge on Deck 3 Aft. This meet is a great way to say "hello" to your fellow DisBoard buddies and make new friends as you start your Caribbean adventure. I will inquire with Shoreside Concierge to see if they can even section off an area for us, but I will need to know who is coming and how many in your party will attend. Please PM me or respond on our Facebook site.

We're joining you!!!It will be myself, Dawn, DH Tim, DS Steven. and DD Mackenzie. We are trying to get in one last cruise before Steven graduates from high school and is too old for Vibe. This will be our 4th Disney Cruise and 2nd time on the Magic. We can't wait to see her after the refurbishment.

We already have a Disney Halloween trip planned and this cruise wasn't even on the horizon but more of a "the price is right and the timing is even better, let's go" kind of trip. Looking forward to a fun weekend.

We have done two 3-day cruises on the Wonder, a 4-day cruise on the Dream and a 7-day cruise on the Fantasy (just did this at the end of March 2013). The 3-day cruise is a great intro to a Disney cruise. You get one night in each of the rotational restaurants, 3 Broadway style shows, a "Pirates IN the Caribbean Party" (w/fireworks), a day in the Bahamas (although we stay on the ship this day) and a day at Castaway Cay! It does go quickly, but it is action packed! I am also going to be adding on a "Fish Extender Exchange" for those in our DIS group and at least one "meet and greet" if you would like to participate.

What dates are you going to be at WDW in October? We will be there Oct 4th - 14th. Also, the prices and dates were released for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party yesterday. We have been before and it is a lot of fun.

Hope you decide to join. We had similar thoughts but this trip coincides with my son's school break so he won't be missing any time away. I know we won't have enough time to enjoy it all like a 5-day or 7-day but hopefully this will give us a nice little getaway and we can afford to take a longer trip later! Good luck with your decision!

We hope you join too! I think being on the Disney Magic for Valentine's Day is going to be great. I can't wait to see the re-imagined ship! We are doing the 3-Day cruise and then are going to WDW after.

Hi! Just letting you all know that we will be joining you. Our party is myself (Rebecca) and my just-about-to-turn-12 (at the time of the cruise) daughter and my friend Laura and her just-about-to-turn-12 daughter. We are close friends, our girls are close friends, and our daughters' birthdays are 2 weeks apart (my Sam on February 20 and Laura's Abby on March 8). Each year for the last two years we have taken them on a birthday trip over the Presidents' Day weekend. This year we've chosen the cruise! Cannot wait.

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed Mickey's Christmas Party! We have done the Halloween party every year for several years (LOVE it!) but decided this year to try to see some of the Christmas festivities. We are going the week after Thanksgiving (Dec. 2-7) and are excited to try out the Christmas party.
