Yes, I paid .01 for something... it was a brand new edition of my next course textbook!
After researching my usual book websites, I found that Amazon did not have the lowest price, but I had $15 worth of Amazon GC's in my email (that I got for completing surveys), and about $50 left on an Amazon GC that I won also. (from completing surveys!)
That brought the total down to $5.01. I then used another $5 check that I got from another survey, and deposited that.
So, my brand new textbook only cost me a penny! And Amazon had free shipping to boot!
And as soon as I am done the course I will turn around and sell that book right away on half.com or ebay, and make money!
