Remember here in SoCal there is almost zero humidity...so even if the temps climb a bit, it is not all that tough to take. DL is so air conditioned with all their shops/attractions/shows. Take allot of breaks if the heat gets to you.

yea thats what i like about cali weather its not humid .. even thou its not really warm here today in the UK ..its been very humid it just zaps ya huh ?

im guessing with those temperatures im gonna look like a boiled lobster for the first few days

It is cool and damp in the morning then it burns off to a nice hot day in the 80's and is very simple to follow unless we get a storm but those are so rare. Just do the perks before the burn off so you do not burn.

Have a wonderful trip--just be sure to wear sunscreen (the higher SPF the better) and you should have no problemos with sunburns! The weather should be "perfect" although you might need a light jacket in the evening. (Personally, I'd rather be a little cold in the a.m. than have to carry a jacket around all day.) Where are you staying?

we are staying up in Hollywood near the kodak theatre .. we have always stayed there or west hollywood area

Ahhh...Ken, we were there yesterday. I LOVE that part of Hollywood. We are new-ish to SoCal so sightseeing is all we do 24/7. We were tourists through and through yesterday. Did the 2 hour Starline tour of celebrities homes and Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign, Mulholland Dr. It was absolutely entertaining. Our Tour Guide was wonderful. He even extended the tour by about 30 minutes. Our weather has been FABULOUS. You and Jill picked a wonderful time to come to the good ole USA!!!

You must be sooo excited NOW! Time is ticking away and before you know it you will be HERE!

I so want to meet pixiewings though. She has been so nice to me so was thinking the 26th but may have to wait a while to meet her. I have a bunch of LGMH in my bag waiting for her, lol.

DCA dinner is over at about 9 pm and DLR closes at 10 pm so you two could still meet that evening after the DCA dinner out by the letter C in front of DCA around 9 or 9:15.
