Very interesting. For Disney this is almost NO sales. However, I don't think you can draw any long term information from this. With COVID and the parks being closed and the job loss and the economy and the insecurity about what is happening, you would expect DVC Direct Sales to be hit hard. DVC Resales to be hit a bit less hard. And neither of them will improve much until the parks are open and approaching capacity again, and people are reporting being Happy Happy Happy. Don't expect that to happen before an EFFECTIVE vaccine is proven AND AVAILABLE.

Just looked it up from the 16th to the 31st:

Riviera had 19 newly recorded deeds sold in June/July for 2,655 points since July 16th. There was an additional 16 deed from February and March that were just recorded as well but I excluded those since those don't tell the story of the current situation.

Copper Creek had 6 newly recorded deeds sold in June/July for 810 points since July 16th. There was an additional 4 deeds from February and March were just recorded as with Rivera I excluded these.

Source was the Comptroller site manually reviewing documents and adding up points.

The remainder I didn't manually check so some of these contracts may be from February/March like RIV and CCV were, these number may be off by 1 contract as only pulled an all up list and looked for them:
