ºoº "Epcot's Candlelight Processional 2005 F.A.Q. & Information,let's share our info.

I was on hold for 17 minutes and a wonderful CM helped me with my reservations.

We booked the CP on Thursday, December 15th for 6:45pm with ADR at Le Cellier at 4:20pm. After all the fuss, we decided we would have more time to eat before than to eat after and rush to catch Illuminations. Also if you need to know we are 4 adults in our party.

I called back to see if they would give me Le Cellier for two after seeing that people had booked it after me. She said that she didn't see anywhere that they don't book for two as i was told this morning but now there :crazy2: is nothing available for parties smaller than 4. Aghhhhh

I'm so sorry. Are your dates at all flexible? Don't give up yet. What I would suggest is call back periodically - you never know, there might be a cancellation or somehow a table for 2 *magically* appears in their system. Ask the CM to try every possible show/dinner time combination @ LeCellier. I'd call all the way until 48 hours out because that is the deadline for cancellations.

Good luck. Please let us know if you have any luck. Pixie Dust for you and your Mom. :wizard:

That's EXACTLY what I wanted. Is it the "party of 5" that's killing me? I even said that DS2 can sit in a high chair, but the CM said we still have to be considered a "table for 5" for safety reasons. LOL-- they don't know my son-- he's unsafe no matter how much space we have!

Oh, I'm sorry! Maybe you can try again with a different CM?? Not sure why they gave you a hard time.

I had no problem at all. She asked me which show, then which restaurant, then if I wanted to eat after or before the show and I said before. She then gave me the 4:30p time.

I wouldn't give up.

I just booked Dec. 3, 4:30 dinner, 6:45 show at Le Cellier.
I told them party of 3....2 adults and one child, totally forgetting we will have an infant. But that won't be an issue as the baby doesn't need a seat.

I almost forgot about this!!

I booked 4:30p at Le Cellier and seeing the 6:45p show. I have two little ones so this works best for us. I'm so glad to have this over with! :cool1:

What day did you book?
We're booked for the 15th.

Well, after 25 minutes on hold with no music (hang in there if there's no music!) I was able to book the 12/18 show at 8:15 and dinner at Marrakesh at 5:30 p.m. for a party of six.

Not what I had planned. I wanted the 6:45 show and an early dinner, but as another poster mentioned, that wasn't a possibility. The CM would only give me a dinner after 8:00 p.m. @ Marrakesh if we attended the 6:45 p.m. show. :confused3 Looks like the reservation system only allows AR times at certain restaurants for specific show times. :badpc: Maybe this is an attempt to stagger the CP reservation crowds?

Anywho--we adjusted so the little ones didn't have to wait a long time to eat. I guess we need to take naps that afternoon so they can last through the CP and Illuminations! The silver lining--we won't have to rush around between our dinner and the shows, so we can explore WS at night!

TIP: If it would be more convenient to pick up your package somewhere besides the main EPCOT entrance, it doesn't hurt to ask.
I asked if I could pick up my CP package at the International Gateway, since we enter the park there. The CM checked and said no, but we could pick up our package tickets up to 7 days prior from Y&BC instead. We're staying at the Dolphin (a non-Disney resort).

Good luck, everyone!

If you are staying at a resort, you can pick up tix at the Concierge desk. You can actually pick them up at Y&B Club on your way in, as you gathered. Marrakesh is great - we dined there last year.

I was on hold 85 minutes, but got Alfredo's at 4:30pm and CP at 6:45pm. I had wanted an early ADR in order to see the tree lighting ceremony at 6:00pm and CP at 8:15pm, followed by Illuminations at 9:30pm. However the CM was unable to give me an early dining time for the 8:15pm CP.

I think we are one of the few who didn't want Le Cellier. Our DK's are 12 & 15 and paying that much money for kids who wouldn't eat that amount of food seemed silly. So, we made 4:15 ADR for Biergarten on 12/7 for the 6:45 show.

Also, I didn't hear any musice while on hold, either. I called about 8:15. I wasn't sure I was even connected, but after about 15 minutes the line was picked up and everything went fine.

Wahoo! :cool1: :cool1: Was not on hold at all. I did not even get to my usual Disney music fix.

I got Dec 11, 6:45 show and Rose & Crown at 8 PM. Maybe we'll get some pixie dust and get the patio and illuminations! :goodvibes

Yeah, Yeah !!! Just booked December 8th, 5 PM show with dinner at 7:40PM at Rose & Crown for three adults. Hoping for a window seat. Can't wait till December !!!!

Just booked. I Didn't have to wait on hold at all.

Got 12/22 for the 6:45 show with 4:20 dining @ LeCellier for a party of 4.

Woo Hoo!! This is booked. :)

Although I overslept, I got exactly what we wanted 5:30 dinner at Marrakesh, 8:15 show for Monday, Dec 5th. But now that you mention it, she never mentioned tickets. Will they send them? Do I have to pick them up? If so, where?

I was told to pick up tickets at guest services to the right inside the front gate. I was also told that the American Pavilion might have them.

I started dialing at 6:58, hit re-dial 3x, and they picked right up!!!!!

We have a party of 7 for the 5:00 show on Dec 29, with LeCellier at 7:00!!!
Now all I have to do is start worrying about reservations for NYEve!

My very helpful CM told me to pick up the package at the Poly's desk. She said that would be a lot more convenient for me. She was great. We are not conceirge either.

Just curious. I couldn't book Le Cellier because my party was for only two people. Did anyone get reservations there for two?

We did and now I'm nervous the CM didn't know what she was doing. She also said the price didn't include gratuity, which I'm pretty sure is incorrect. Hmmm.

But yes, we got a PS at 7:50 for 2 at Le Cellier on December 15 for the 5:00 show. We wanted 6:45 show, but she said there was no more room. Now I'm pretty sure it's not 'full', but that there was no later time at Le Cellier. I know we could still make the PS after the 6:45 show since we're such fast walkers, but I guess the computer won't let her.

Anybody else get PS for two at Le Cellier? Is it even dark at the 5:00 show?

I know another Diser got a PS for 2 at Le Cellier on the 24th but it took her about an hour to do so as the system kept saying it was sold out. But then some more seats became available so she was able to book it.

Yiou can pick them up at any resort Guest Services. They CMs on line do not necessarily know this - I had to prompt him to find it, but he confirmed.

Oh good! Thank you for posting. The lady who made my reservations said something like Some people say you can pick them up at the resorts but she didn't know if that were so. So it is helpful to get it confirmed.

Well good morning everyone. I just got home from work. It was a very busy night. A lot of babies.

I was able to book a CP package for:

Novermber 29, 2005, Tuesday.
8:15 P.M. showtime.
Phil Donahue as a narrator.
Le Cellier
ADR - 4:00 P.M..
one person.

But there were absolutely no availability for any Le Cellier ADR's on Saturday, December 3, 2005 to see that young man who saw dead people. I can't remember his name.

There were absolutely no availability for any Le Cellier ADR's on Thurday, December 8, 2005 to see Jim C. who played Jesus.

And there were absolutely no availability for any Le Cellier ADR's on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 to see that Lou Diamond fellow.

I asked if their was any way to chose any other shows for those days to get an ADR for Le Cellier for those days and she said no. I asked was there any ADR's for theys for any number of people and she said no.

I guess that it depends on the day that you go and who the narrator is.
