I was just considering this because I have a lot of bags saved up. Even though I hate throwing the paper out, I don't think DS would like gift in bags versus ripping open the paper.

Yes We put NORADs Santa tracker up until the kid is asleep then become santa. This year even more since we leave for DL at 5am Christmas Day I know I won't be able to sleep
