ª"˜˜ª¤.¸Team August 2013 Thread! (Part 2)¸.¤ª˜˜"ª&#9733

Have you ever used a Chilly Towel? It says it can cause skin irritation with prolonged use, and to take a break every hour. Just wonder if anyone's experienced such side effects?

We have the Frog Toggs ones. To be honest, I don't think we've used them for more than a few minutes at a time. They are a little bulky, so they cool you down and then we put them away for a while. No irritations here.

Is there a list of who will be in what parks on which day? I looked on the first page. Am I just missing it?

Thanks. Now I know where to look.

Yes, it's a desk that is in between the lobby and the back entry to the MP (not the food court side, the store side.

I remember someone sitting there every time I have walked by...I was hoping we could pick up our PP+ earlier than 5. Oh well...I'll have to get it at Epcot otherwise.

Thanks! I checked, and yes, both of those seem to be good options. We aren't big meat eaters and if we do eat meat we stick to chicken or turkey. Those, plus the vegetarian items seem to be comparable, so it looks like I could pay for either without being too strapped. :goodvibes

ETA: on second look it seems Sanaa might be the better option. The things we like to eat are more on the appetizer and side dish parts of the menu, and those are quite reasonably priced!

I'm glad that worked out for you!:) My vegetarian dd happily makes a meal out of appetizers at Sanaa. There's are so many meatless options. We love it there!:)

Ok, so far it looks like the four of us will be in Epcot on the 19th!! We don't have any ADRs that day (we are going to eat around the world). What is a good time frame for everyone? Anyone else I am missing?

We will also be in Epcot on the 19th. That's our arrival day so we will probably get to the park around noon (if there's no flight delays) and we have an ADR at Tepppan Edo at 6:10pm.

We'll be at Epcot the 19th too!:wave2: We have a 8:10 CRT breakfast ressie, which I don't know if we'll keep or not. Either way I want to at least hit rope drop at MK and then hop over to Epcot. We have a 7:45 at Coral Reef. We really want to at least experience it for ourselves, despite all the doom and gloom!

DD woke up today singing her 4 year-old version of Good Life (which is like the normal version but no spaces between the words) ... Someone watches our disney planning dvd too much!

We have a 5:10 ADR at Cape May. Would mid-afternoon (around 3pm) work for everyone? I'm thinking somewhere in World Showcase, but whatever works for everyone else :)

We are at Epcot on the 19th too! A Dis meet at Epcot is always fun! We will be eating around the world as well that day.

We enjoyed Coral Reef! That was back in 2009, but they had the best dessert I've ever tasted in my life :thumbsup2 I think it was the Bailey's mousse - I know it had a chocolate cigar, cause I gave that to my son. It was heavenly. I don't remember much about the main meal, but I know it wasn't bad. And the atmosphere is very cool :thumbsup2

We have an ADR at 7, but other than that, we are free to meet up! 3 or 4 pm might be good- we could meet up in World Showcase for a snack/cocktail!

Awww, I love that song too. My boys and I still watch the 2005 planning video- we can quote it at this point. LOL

Yay I hope this is legit! Sophia/doc are in ALL THE TIME! What is taking so long? ! Is this for the H & S meals or the live show?

Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

The Disney Junior show already has added Sophia and Doc McStuffins. I thought Sophia was replacing Handy Manny for the meet and greets outside the Disney Junior show and at Hollywood and Vine character meals as well?

On our last trip chocolate mousse was one of the choices for dessert at almost every meal. I got it each time and drove my wife nuts with my impression of the Swedish Chef making chocolate moose. :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:
