We just booked 9/22-9/27 at the Yacht Club! We were going on a cruise but the kids decided Disney would be better...even though we go to Disney every year sometimes twice a year!! That's fine by me!!!
Ok so we decided to do California Grill on our anniversary, after much debate between Narcoossee's & California Grill. My question is what would be the best time to book for so we can see Wishes. We will be going on Oct 2nd.
Just to let everyone know there is a free Memory maker available for sept dates and you also get a 25% room discount depending on what resort you are at. I got 272.50 off POR but people at the deluxes are getting like 950.00 discount + free memory maker......not free dining but it will do for now.
We've never been in September, but we got a pin that was just too good to resist. I'm excited about the (hopefully) low crowd levels and MNSSHP! The heat should be a non-issue as we usually go in the summer.
We actually haven't been in the parks since 2011 and I'm getting nervous about FP+. I think it's going to really change our touring style. At least I have 7 months to research it, right?
If free dining comes out we are in for september as well! Not sure the dates yet but sometime around the third week or so , most likely for 2 weeks. With stops at universal, seaworld, and discovery cove. We are planning on ASSp right now!
Just booked our annual Disney vacay for 9/8 thru 9/12! First time visiting in September and we are beyond excited to be staying at the CR again, but this time with a Theme Park View! So looking forward to the low crowds as well!

Where did you see/hear about these discounts? I may need the info...

Can I please be added to Sept? We are taking our second trip 9/14-9/23. We are a family of 6 so your options are a bit more limited, so we are doing 9/14-9/18 at bonnet creek with my parents then hopefully booking dvc points at Grand Floridian for a studio from 9/18-9/23. Back up plan is club level at Beach Club again though.
September 19-22 staying at the new Cabana Bay Beach Resort at Universal for opening weekend of Halloween Horror Nights then over to Sports from September 22-28 & finishing at a DVC Property TBA from September 28-October 1 for MNSSHP, Food & Wine & maybe Howl O' Scream at Busch Gardens.
The offer is directly on the Disney World website. I don't see the breakdown for the percentage discount but looking at the packages they are giving a discount on rooms. Both the moderate and value are calculating out to around 25%. Hoping this isn't replacing free dining this year.
