I am considering a VGC contract. I understand the ToT is covered by VGC dues unlike VDH where you pay the additional ToT per night based on points used. My question is can anything change with VGC contracts and the agreed ToT discount? Could the city of Anaheim change it's mind and have dues...- PolyRob
