This is the wheelchair accessible Toy Story Mania car. It has a seat which can be removed to make space for a wheelchair. In this photo, the seat has not been removed and rolled out of the way. The back of the car folds down to make a ramp for the seat on the right to roll out and the wheelchair to roll in.
