Thanks for reading everyone!
I'm a dining report addict too and I especially love the live ones! I think I am also going to take a page out of Lurkyloo's book and do a live blog from my iphone. Typically 3G roaming (as I am from Canada) is VERY pricey. But for such a short trip I might just splurge!
I'll post the blog link here and on my TR (which is in the links in my signature) for anyone who wants to follow along. I love when Lou Mongello does "Where in the World?" so I might do a few of those as well.
The Food & Wine Festival is so amazing! Sept 2009 will be my 3rd F&W Festival and there will be many more to come.
My favorite booths and items from 2008 were:
Canada - cheddar cheese soup
France - escargot en brioche & pomegranate kir
Japan - Spicy Tuna Roll
New Orleans - Praline bread pudding
Italy - Baked ziti and chocolate cream puff
Australia - lamb and pepperberry prawns
South Africa - chocolate spice cake
