I completely agree. There are still listings posted on their site that I asked about three weeks ago and was told there was a sale pending. I wish they would at least put sale pending next to the listings that have had accepted offers.

Once the offer is accepted they remove the posting. At least thats what they did with ours....
I do not believe it has been update since early last week at best and I was told on Monday they would not update it until the end of the week since their "IT" guy was out or had been out - does not make sense all other companies update daily some even more it should not be that hard!

Wow! I never thought that updating a list would be that difficult. Oh well there are no points available that I need anyways...
Will they at least share the new listings w/ you
or must you wait til site update?

Maybe it's their plan, at Fidelity, to not update readily. I called on a contract, it was "sale pending" and they then asked me for details on where my interests were on contracts. I didn't like the way in unfolded.
I join in on the frustration, seems to waste time on both sides. Also I think another broker could be more thorough with their updates. I have a contract I purchased from the TSS that was sent to Disney for ROFR on 1/28, passed ROFR, 2/26, closed on 3/12 and I received my DVC member number from Disney in the mail yesterday, 3/27, and the contract is still listed as pending on TSS site
They only update their site twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays.
They update their new listing on Tuesday and Thursday nights(after hours). Company policy is that the listing is pulled immediately upon an accepted offer, but they seem to miss often. I have had 3 contracts with them and all 3 gone within an hour of agreeing on price.
That is very surprising are you sure it was the same contract or possibly another identical contract? The reason I asked is I have sold 2 contracts and bought one through TSS and immediately upon an offer being excepted it goes to sale pending once its sent to Disney ROFR it goes off their site. I have been following several listings and its like clock work!
I was going to call this morning on a 400 point contract that was listed last night and at 9:30 this morning it was already sale pending I needed the night to decide if I wanted that many points - guess it was not in the cards!
