Been looking for some points for awhile now and they don't take the listing off when they are not available anymore...
So I keep mooning over unavailable listings... :headache:

sorry just need to vent

I completely agree. There are still listings posted on their site that I asked about three weeks ago and was told there was a sale pending. I wish they would at least put sale pending next to the listings that have had accepted offers.

Once the offer is accepted they remove the posting. At least thats what they did with ours....

I totally agree and it has to be very time consuming for the agents to keep answering the phones about contracts that are already sold! I saw some of their new listings on another website a few weeks back - not knowing it was Fidelity and actually bought the contract and 2 days later there website was updated and had the listing I bought on it! Does not make sense!

I'm glad I'm not the only one... Lol!

I wish they would do that. I've been looking at a contract that I would totally snap up immediately but it was already had an offer a week ago :P
Boo :(

I would tend to disagree on how often their website is updated. Considering that the seller and I agreed on a price on 3/13 (two weeks ago now), my contract still shows up on their website!

I do not believe it has been update since early last week at best and I was told on Monday they would not update it until the end of the week since their "IT" guy was out or had been out - does not make sense all other companies update daily some even more it should not be that hard!

Wow! I never thought that updating a list would be that difficult. Oh well there are no points available that I need anyways...

Will they at least share the new listings w/ you
or must you wait til site update?

I join in on the frustration, seems to waste time on both sides. Also I think another broker could be more thorough with their updates. I have a contract I purchased from the TSS that was sent to Disney for ROFR on 1/28, passed ROFR, 2/26, closed on 3/12 and I received my DVC member number from Disney in the mail yesterday, 3/27, and the contract is still listed as pending on TSS site…

Maybe it's their plan, at Fidelity, to not update readily. I called on a contract, it was "sale pending" and they then asked me for details on where my interests were on contracts. I didn't like the way in unfolded.

You need to wait until website is updates. When I found a listing on another site that was their listing they seemed a bit startled that it was listed there before there own website was updated. Once I gave the contract number they told me they can give me as much info as needed SINCE i saw it on line.

Its a waste of time they asked me also more then once and I have yet to ever get a e-mail or call with anything I am looking for. My contract was taken earlier this week and agent said she looked for another for me but there was none - which I already knew!

That is very surprising are you sure it was the same contract or possibly another identical contract? The reason I asked is I have sold 2 contracts and bought one through TSS and immediately upon an offer being excepted it goes to sale pending once its sent to Disney ROFR it goes off their site. I have been following several listings and its like clock work!

I was going to call this morning on a 400 point contract that was listed last night and at 9:30 this morning it was already sale pending:scared1: I needed the night to decide if I wanted that many points - guess it was not in the cards!;)

They only update their site twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays.

They update their new listing on Tuesday and Thursday nights(after hours). Company policy is that the listing is pulled immediately upon an accepted offer, but they seem to miss often. I have had 3 contracts with them and all 3 gone within an hour of agreeing on price.

Now see they told me they update around 2:00PM on Tuesday and Thursday but that has not been accurate the past 3 - 4 weeks! I have yet to see them "pull" a contract off the website when it is sold - the only time it leaves is when they actually update the entire website!

Nope, I am sure this is mine. The listing number is the same & the contract has a unique number of banked points. OKW230-12-0111-1 Has never been pulled from their site. Though they do update their listings as pending they have so many it "muddies the water" when searching for available contracts. Especially if they leave contracts on as longs as mine.

I followed up with TSS and was told, "Looks like an error on our end so I am having our admin staff delete that. Thanks for the heads up." Apparently Sale penings should be pulled from their site, "...when the deposit check arrives from the buyer." In my case that should have been 2/1/13.

I will say, this caused me no harm and my dealings with TSS have been very positive and I find them to be extremely responsive. Would recommend them.

We used Fidelity when we purchased our resale last year....contacted them twice this week about buying an add on and have yet to get a reply. Guess they won't be getting my business again this year. :(
