Watched the Dolly Pardon movie and it was really enjoyable...and the that plays Faith on TYATR did an awesome job....dont care for her on the soap but she was really good in the movie...gave me a whole new respect for her acting abilities

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Park
Ben tells Abby what he said to Ashley when they were trapped in the fire. She asks if he had sex which he denies. He says it was a moment and they thought they were going to die. Abby asks if Ashley is in love with him and if Ashley has a thing for him. Abby says that he and Ashley have messed this up. He says he wanted to start their marriage right, no secrets. She asks if he thinks there is going to be a marriage now.
CL
Dylan tells Ben he and Sharon got married. Ben tells Dylan what happened with Abby.
GCAC
Ashley tries to stop Jack while Victor tells Phyllis the danger of exposing Marco. Jack starts by saying he wanted to tell the whole story. As he falters he watches Phyllis’ face and says courage has to be faced head on with dignity and grace. He then stops the press conference.
Victor approaches and tells Jack he has a hell of a scoop for them. Victor says Jack giving up is nothing new. He thanks Jack for the $500 million and says Jack always capitulates.
Victor announces to the press that he has accrued enough money to restore NE.
Jack tells Phyllis they are going with Ashley’s plan to pay Victor the money and drops the lawsuit. Jack wants Michael to draw up a contract that in payment to Victor he will not come after any of the Abbott’s with a lawsuit. Victor tells Jack to remember he will always protect his family and NE. Jack says Victor protects his ego and his family be damned. Jack says in his victory Victor should look at what he lost. Victor says he is going to celebrate with his family. Ashley tells Jack he did the right thing.
Abby finds Ashley and asks if she is in love with Ben. Ashley assures her there is nothing going on between her and Ben. She says they thought they were going to die in the fire and said some things to each other but Ben loves Abby and he can make her happy. Ben arrives and says he is going to make her happy and he wants to spend his life with her. Ashley leaves and Ben says hurting her was the last thing he wanted to do. She agrees to marry him and they kiss.
Sharon’s
Sharon is with Sully and Faith. Faith asks why she talks to him when he can’t answer her. Faith says maybe if she talked to Christian he wouldn’t have died. Sharon says that Christian died for other reasons. Nick and Dylan arrive and hear Faith say she wishes Christian was there. Dylan leaves.
Nick tells Sharon that Sage moved out. He says he wanted to be a better man to Sage than he was to Sharon. Sharon goes to help Faith and Sully starts to fuss. Nick picks him up and talks to him. Sully falls sleep.
Faith comes out and asks Nick who he thinks Sully looks like. Nick says he is going to get the best of both parents.
Vicky’s
Billy is begging Vicky for one more chance when Nikki arrives. Billy tells Nikki that his life with Vicky is up in the air. Vicky says he has lied for the last time and she is not prepared to let him do it again. Billy says he loves her. She says he should have thought about that when he lied to her. Billy points out how Victor had her arrested on her wedding day and turned her against her brothers and she forgives him every time. She says he hates Victor more than he loves her. Vicky leaves and Billy asks Nikki if she wants to take a poke at him. She says she is in no position to judge him. He just needs to have Vicky back and wants Nikki to talk to Vicky and fix this. She says he attacked Victor and there may not be any forgiveness. He says he will find a way to get Vicky back. Victor arrives and says good luck with that. He says Billy single handily brought his family down. Billy accuses Victor of doing this to his family. Victor says thanks to Billy there is huge cash infusion from Jack and Billy is responsible for the downfall of his family. Billy leaves.
Nick and Faith arrive to decorate cookies. Victor says he just did a major business coup. Michael arrives and says he has papers for Victor to sign before he pulls another stunt and leaves. Victor gets a text the money is being transferred.
Jabot
Jack says he loves Phyllis and if he said anything that would have been the end of them. Phyllis says protecting her may have decimated Jabot.
Billy arrives and apologizes for his part in this. Jack says it was all Billy’s fault. He asks if Billy knows how much damage he has done to the company and the family. Billy says he will make this up to him. Jack tells him to pack up his office and leave. He has hurt the family for the last time. Billy leaves.
Park
Ashley is in the park and gets a pain in her head and passes out.
Day Ahead

Park
John sees Ashley and calls to her. She says she knows he is disappointed in her for letting Jack decimate Jabot. John says she did not faint over Abby’s love life. She knows what she needs to do. He says he is concerned about her and loves her. She awakens from her faint.
Jabot
Jack tells Phyllis it’s time for tough love for Billy. She asks if he is going to cut her out of Jabot because she helped Billy. He says Billy is a danger to the company and exploited her. She says no one exploits her. Phyllis is upset that Jack paid Victor after what he did to them. He says he paid Victor to keep her secret and keep Billy out of prison and he doesn’t have to put up with Billy’s lack of self-control. She asks if he pities her. He says she is his wife. Phyllis says they took their wedding vows but he never made it to their wedding night. She says Jack has to resent what Victor did. He says he has to know she is with him.
Ashley arrives and says Victor wins if they fall apart. Ashley says she agrees that Billy needed to be fired. She says she is stepping down as CEO. Ashley says John would have wanted this and leaves.
Chelsea’s
Victor arrives says the Abbots have conceded defeat and victory is theirs. Victor says he trusts Adam’s instincts. Chelsea hopes Victor doesn’t need Adam at NE. Victor says Adam can do whatever he likes. Adam says they have to use the money to rebuild and make sure it can’t be defeated. Victor says there is always a challenge and something to overcome. That’s what unites them. Victor tells Adam he loves him and leaves.
Chelsea says Victor uses love to suck him into doing things for him. She knows Victor has a hold on Adam and wants to know what it is. Adam says he is happy to be in Victor’s circle. Chelsea says Adam needs a life away from Victor.
GCAC
Devon says Joe will be starting his 6 year sentence after copping a plea. Lily says she is grateful it’s over now. Cane says it’s not over. They still don’t know who took Hilary and leaves. Lily tells Devon that Cane will not forgive her.
Neil says the meds she have made her think she is in love with him and he will not get between her and Devon. He says he came in response to her text. Dr. Neville arrives and says he sent the text. Dr. N checks Hilary out and thanks her for all her kind words. He tells Neil he will not say anything about helping Neil. Dr. N says he needs a grateful and motivated investor. Neil says he already paid him and will not be blackmailed. Dr. N leaves. Hilary asks why Neil didn’t just pay him. She says she is grateful to Neil and Dr. N. Neil says she does not have to be grateful and leaves.
Hilary asks Devon if to invest in Dr. N’s research. At first he refuses but Hilary is afraid he may talk about Neil’s part in her accident. Devon says the guy is a creep but to have Dr. N call him.
When Hilary returns to her suite Neil returns and apologizes. He says he feels guilty and says none of this would have happened if he hadn’t followed her to VG. She kisses him. She says Neil still wants her and needs to admit it to himself and everyone else. Neil leaves.
Cane finds Lily in her office and wants visitation over Christmas. Lily asks him to stay so they can have their last Christmas together as a family.
Dr. N arrives and Devon says he will cut him a check because he does not want his father going to jail. Dr. N says something about a medical break-through as Ashley arrives and asks what medical break-through was he talking about.
Sage’s
Nikki visits Sage. Sage says she needs to be away from Nick and Sharon’s doctor agrees. Nikki says she knows how Sage feels and tells her she and Jack were about to have a baby and how she lost it because of Victor. Sage says maybe their love was not strong enough and not every story has a happy ending.
Victor arrives and admits he knows that she and Nick are having problems. He feels it’s not healthy for her to live next door to Adam where she and Gabe lived. He offers to get her a new place. She asks if he is trying to get rid of her. He says he just wants to help her if things don’t work out for her and Nick. Nikki says they are there for her and leave.
Chelsea’s
Sage arrives and Chelsea guesses it has something to do with Victor. Sage tells them what Victor says and Adam tells her to ignore Victor. Adam says he is not delusional and warns Sage to stay away from Victor.
GCAC
Phyllis and Jack arrive and kiss at the door as Victor and Nikki arrive. Victor gloats saying that this warms the cockles of his heart since they are as poor as church mice.
Day Ahead
- Chelsea tells Nick that Sage moving across the hall from them is a huge mistake
- Marisa tells Noah she is quitting and going to work for Luca
- Victor gives Luca a check for his family’s investment plus interest. Luca says they don’t work like that

Billy tells Kevin that he wants in on his plans with the cyber geek for the revolutionary computer security and threatens Kevin with telling Victor that he helped with the virus if he doesn’t let him in. Kevin says Billy is looking for a quick fix and this isn’t it. He says Billy is a mess and tells him to clean up his life.
GCAC
Luca tells Marisa that he is going to make arrangements with Victor for office space and wants her to work with him. Marisa says Victor hates her. Luca says he is going into a hostile environment and needs someone he can trust. Luca feels they will make a formidable team. Marisa leaves. Luca gets a call from Victor.
UG
Mariah finds Noah asleep in one of the booths. He tells her Victor and Luca figured out he reported Luca to the FBI and Marisa is ignoring his texts.
An FBI agent arrives. Noah says he discovered they were only heard rumors. The agent says they have been watching the Santoriesand asks Noah to let him know if he hears anything.
Marisa hears as she arrives and accuses Noah of calling the FBI on Luca. Noah tells her that her criminal husband has lied over and over and she can’t trust him. She says she can’t trust him. She is quitting and going to work for Luca. She accuses him of acting like Victor. She says there is nothing left between them and leaves. Mariah asks Noah not to go after her because he will make it worse, as he leaves.
Newman
Victor says Adam made the right decision to work at NE otherwise he would have a chat with Chelsea. Victor compliments Adam on how well he handled the Abbott situation. Adam is happy Victor took his advice. Adam tells Victor the Santories are a threat and should not be involved with them. He suggests Victor return the money and not go into business with them. Victor agrees.
Luca arrives and tells Victor he wants an office and his assistant will be Marisa. Victor gives Luca a check for his family’s investment plus interest. Luca says they don’t work like that. Victor tells him that he decides whether this works that way. He says Luca didn’t read the fine print of their contract. He tells Luca to take the check and leave. Luca says once money has been invested, the Santories own a piece of the business. He gives the check back. As he leaves he tells Victor to let him know when his offices are ready. Victor call Luca’s father but he is not budging either.
Noah arrives and tells Victor the FBI came to see him but he told them nothing. Adam says they are trying to get rid of the Santories. Adam has an idea saying they need to have Noah working there as a liaison between them and the Santories. Noah promises he won’t let him down. Victor agrees.
Sharon’s
Sage arrives to take Faith to a concert. Sharon says they had made other arrangements and thought Nick told her. Sage admits she and Nick have not talked much lately. Sharon says that Sage is in a bad spot but will she will overcome it but then asks if she is going for a divorce. She tells her to think long and hard before doing that. He feels it’s impossible to fix this. Chelsea says that Sage moving across the hall from them is a huge mistake and Adam suggested that Sage take that unit. Nick asks why Adam is so involved with Sage and working with Victor. Chelsea says she is more concerned about Adam working with Victor.

Sage is walking through the park singing when she bumps into Nick. Nick says he has been trying to track her down. He tells her he is happy she is able to talk to Chelsea and Nikki. He says she hurt him when she asked for space. She says space can be very lonely and throws herself into Nick’s arms.
Marisa’s Suite
Marisa recalls her times with Noah and when he fell in love with her. Luca comes to see her. She tells him she broke up with Noah. He wants her to be happy with him rather than being with him from a sense of obligation.
Back at GCAC
Billy is at the bar placing huge bets. Chelsea arrives and asks if Billy is gambling again. He tells her it’s not her concern since she slept with Gabe and asks how that is working for her and leaves.
Day Ahead
- Adam tells Noah his job is to bring Luca down and get the Santories out of NE

Sage is walking through the park singing when she bumps into Nick. Nick says he has been trying to track her down. He tells her he is happy she is able to talk to Chelsea and Nikki. He says she hurt him when she asked for space. She says space can be very lonely and throws herself into Nick’s arms.
Marisa’s Suite
Marisa recalls her times with Noah and when he fell in love with her. Luca comes to see her. She tells him she broke up with Noah. He wants her to be happy with him rather than being with him from a sense of obligation.

Billy is at the bar placing huge bets. Chelsea arrives and asks if Billy is gambling again. He tells her it’s not her concern since she slept with Gabe and asks how that is working for her and leaves.

Phyllis bumps into Ashley and asks her for the real reason why she stepped down as CEO. Ashley says she has her eye on another project. Phyllis says Ashley left Jack stranded and if she needs time off then she needs to take it. Ashley refuses and when she sees Ben she asks him if he knows Dr. N. She says she has done some research on him and the man is brilliant. She says Devon is funding one of Dr. N’s projects. Ben warns her to stay away from Dr. N.

Vicky meets up with Chelsea. Chelsea tells her that Billy is drinking and gambling again and Vicky says she should call someone else. Vicky tells her that she is done. She asks Vicky to reach out to Billy as she might be able to help him. Vicky says she never knows which Billy she is going to get. Chelsea says the love Vicky and Billy have is a rare and asks if it isn’t worth fighting for.
Devon tells Neil that he has invested in Dr. N’s project. Neil tells him not to give in to him. Devon says Dr. N can identify Neil as Hilary’s kidnapper. Dr. N arrives and Neil says he almost told the police everything but Devon stopped him. Paul arrives and says he knows who Dr. N is and what he has done. Paul is not arresting Dr. N at this time. Devon says he is helping Dr. N with his new project. Dr. N leaves. Paul says he doesn’t know who to believe, that Dr. N doesn’t know who hired him to take care of Hilary or the fact Dr. N is going into business with Devon. Devon says they can get Dr. N to talk and never believed he was the kidnapper. Paul leaves. Neil says he is on board and wants to see the business end and they are going to watch Dr. N.
Ashley meets Dr. N at the bar with a proposition for him. She says if he is really on to something she is an excellent chemist. He says he likes to give people hope with what he does. Ashley says he has a partner.

Luca gets an email saying his offices are ready and he wants Marisa to go with him.

Adam tells Noah he is to bring Luca down and get the Santories out of NE. Adam says Luca is on his way and suggests that Noah play the intern and show him and Marisa around. Adam says once they get out he will have Marisa back.
Noah greets Marisa and Luca. He tells them Victor hired him to do whatever is necessary around NE and his personal feelings for Marisa will not get in the way. Noah shows them around and Luca says he is very pleased with his offices. Luca dismisses Noah.
Jabot
Jack tells Kyle he will be relying heavily on him. Adam arrives and offers his help. Jack says not of this would have happened if Adam didn’t release Paragon. Adam says he is not leaving Newman but he can help Jack. Jack says Adam’s business is with Victor and asks him to leave.

Billy raises his voice to her and Ben says he will take him home. Billy says what home, Vicky kicked him out probably to make room for Ben. Billy tries to punch Ben but falls down. Gwen meets Jack who tells her he has to let her go but will get her back as soon as possible. She understands and wishes him a Merry Christmas. Jack leaves and Devon says he heard what Jack said. She asks him for a job with Dr. N. He accuses her of hiding she helped Neil with Hilary and lied to him, and the only reason Neil came clean was because she threatened to expose him when he dumped her. She asks if he is still fighting to Hilary. He says Hilary is in love with Neil. He tells her if she wants the job, she has to be okay with Hilary being in love with Neil since Gwen will be answering to Neil.
Neil comes to see Hilary and tells her that Devon is funding Dr. N’s research and his silence. He wishes she had not asked Devon to that. She says she noticed how he responded to their kiss and says her feelings for him are real and not changing. He reminds her of the passion she had with Devon and she needs to find it again. Neil says he is heading up the business end of Dr. N’s research. He says he doesn’t trust Dr. N and wants her to stay away from him.
Phyllis and Jack join Kyle and Summer for breakfast. Summer is hungover after celebrating her birthday. Phyllis asks about their party at the UG and Kyle tells them how Billy made a spectacle of himself. Phyllis says poor guy but Jack says Billy needs to lay in the bed he made. Phyllis wishes Jack would stop punishing Billy since Billy is punishing himself. Jack is not receptive. Jack gets a call from Ashley asking him to meet her at the Jabot lab. Jack says Ashley asked to meet him and leaves. Phyllis tells Kyle they are happy he is back at Jabot.
Billy wakes up from a drunken sleep when Phyllis arrives. He wants to know why she is there. She says redemption. He says he is not about redemption. She says she is not talking about him but Jack needs some redeeming. The family is in crisis and needs him. Phyllis gets him sober.
He says he threw gas on his relationship with Vicky and there is no coming back from that. Phyllis says he needs to step away from his pity party and assures him that Vicky still loves him. He says he is best when he is with Vicky. He says she has seen all sides of him and accepted him, but he has destroyed that. Phyllis says she is determined to bring the Abbotts together for Christmas. She is hoping to bring Billy and Jack together without them killing each other.
Summer admits to Kyle that marrying Austin was more out of defiance than love. She admits she didn’t have a clue back then and still doesn’t. Kyle says Jack wants him to help him save Jabot, but he doesn’t want to devote his life to mascara.
Hilary comes downstairs and bumps into Devon. She thanks him for funding Dr. N’s research. Devon tells her that Gwen wants to work with Neil on this project.

Ashley tells someone on the phone about her headaches and says she does not want her family to know. Ashley joins Dr. N in the main room. She wants to make sure his research is legitimate since she is staking her reputation on it. She asks where he has been doing his research. He says in his motel.
Park
Gwen runs into Neil and asks to work with him on Dr. N’s project. She says she already spoke to Devon who agreed to hire her if Neil approved. Neil doesn’t think it’s a good idea. She reminds him she is one of the few people who knows what happened at the boat house and says he owes her.
Jabot
Jack comes to the lab and asks if Ashley is in business with Dr. N, the one hiding Hilary. Dr. N says not hiding – saving. She says she wants to rent the lab from him. Jack can’t believe she wants to work with Dr. N and asks if he is still a doctor. Dr. N assures him he is. Ashley loses her patience and tells Jack to let her rent the space.
Neil and Gwen arrive. Neil tells Ashley that Devon has hired him and Gwen to oversee the business end of the research. Jack agrees to rent her the space but he feels she is hiding something. Ashely goes into her office and takes meds for her head pain.
Jack tells Neil that Dr. N is a shady character and does not like that Ashley is involved with him. He asks Neil to look out for Ashley and Neil assures Jack he will.
Neil explains to Ashley that he is going to be writing the checks and keep the business running. Hilary arrives much to Gwen’s chagrin and says she feels obligated to be the spokesperson for this project since she is walking proof of his success. Dr. N finds champagne and they toast their new business.

Jack arrives and Phyllis says she has invited the whole family for Christmas, but since most have other plans she invited Billy. Billy enters and Jack accuses her of setting him up.

Cabin
Jack is really angry with Billy. Billy says he will leave but Phyllis wants him to spend Christmas with them and says he will stay until they work this out. Jack says Billy screwed up. Billy leaves via the back door. Phyllis angry with Jack. Jack says he wants Billy to take responsibility for his actions. He says Billy did extreme damage to Jabot. Phyllis says Billy didn’t mean to hurt anyone. He says Billy wants everyone accountable for their actions and Billy needs to be accountable for his and he is not letting Billy off the hook. He is cutting Billy’s access to his bank account because of his gambling. She asks not to since everyone has cut him off. Billy needs someone who will support him and wants Jack to find Billy and bring him back.
Jack returns with Billy and they are still arguing. Phyllis offers coffee but Billy asks for a scotch. Jack asks if Billy is trying to self-destruct. He says the last time he saw Billy like this was when DD died. Billy says it was bad enough losing DD once but since Adam’s return he feels like he lost DD all over again. Jack asks if Billy is planning on joining DD. Billy says he is not going to do anything stupid. He has kids to think about. Billy admits he has been irresponsible. He has tried hard to make things right with Vicky but how can she forgive him when Jack won’t. Jack says Billy needs to prove himself to Vicky and the kids. He wants Billy to succeed. Billy says he will give it his best shot.

Sharon and Faith are chatting with Dylan when Nikki arrives and gives Faith and Sully matching sweatshirts. Faith asks if they can wear them to Nikki’s for Christmas. Nikki says she is not sure they can have Christmas at the ranch this year. Nikki tells Faith she will talk to Victor about a special party.
Adam and Chelsea arrive and things are awkward between Sharon and Adam. Sharon says she recalls meeting him as Gabe and recalling she had a funny feeling when they met. Adam says he would have told her he was Adam if he could. Sharon says she never believed his bad boy act. She is happy that things worked out for him and Chelsea.
Adam gets a call from Noah saying Victor is looking for him. Adam leaves after saying goodbye to Chelsea and Sharon.
Sharon asks Chelsea how she feels about Adam working at NE. Chelsea says she has faith in Adam. Santa arrives at CL.
Dylan and Chelsea apologize to each other over what happened between them. Chelsea says she sees a real peace in him. She says Dylan is finally getting happiness in his life and leaves.
Sharon finds it strange that Chelsea arrived just before Santa did and wonders what he and Chelsea talked about. Dylan says Chelsea helped him when he had his PTSD episode.
Newman
Abby reads the GC Buzz about Billy to Vicky. Vicky just wants to wrap up work so she can finish shopping. Abby asks her to let Billy spend Christmas with her. Vicky says she wants to have a nice holiday with the kids. Billy can spend his holiday with a bottle in his hand.
Noah arrives and tells Vicky and Abby that Victor was right. Marisa went back to Luca. Victor arrives and tells them they are all working until NE is back on top.
Victor tells Abby and Vicky that NE needs to be their priority. Abby says Victor did not have to bring the Abbots to their knees as they are her family too. Victor says she is a Newman and COO of NE and if she is not happy just say the word and he will replace her.
Nikki arrives and says no one should be there. The lights flicker and Nikki says it’s a warning. Victor is advised they are finishing up with renovations and didn’t think anyone was there. Victor says he needs to preserve his legacy. Nikki says he needs to show his family some respect. Victor says the reason they have the life they have is because he works hard. Nikki says it’s not enough and leaves.
Adam arrives and Victor says everyone has gone home. He says he built NE alone and will rebuild it his own. Adam says Victor needs to take time off for the holidays. Victor says it’s time to get back to work.
Chelsea and Connor arrive and Victor tells Connor his daddy is going to go home with him.

Nikki tells Vicky and Abby not to let Victor take over their lives. Abby feels guilty being happy when Nikki and Vicky have problems with their men.

Abby reads the GC Buzz about Billy to Vicky. Vicky just wants to wrap up work so she can finish shopping. Abby asks her to let Billy spend Christmas with her. Vicky says she wants to have a nice holiday with the kids. Billy can spend his holiday with a bottle in his hand.
Noah arrives and tells Vicky and Abby that Victor was right. Marisa went back to Luca. Victor arrives and tells them they are all working until NE is back on top.
Victor tells Abby and Vicky that NE needs to be their priority. Abby says Victor did not have to bring the Abbots to their knees as they are her family too. Victor says she is a Newman and COO of NE and if she is not happy just say the word and he will replace her.
Nikki arrives and says no one should be there. The lights flicker and Nikki says it’s a warning. Victor is advised they are finishing up with renovations and didn’t think anyone was there. Victor says he needs to preserve his legacy. Nikki says he needs to show his family some respect. Victor says the reason they have the life they have is because he works hard. Newman Tower
Nikki and Vicky get Newman Tower ready for Christmas for the whole family. Nikki says Victor can join them if he chooses to work. Vicky knows Nikki is hoping Victor will come up. Vicky says she feels bad about keeping Billy away from the kids but she is afraid he might show up drunk. Nikki and Vicky share a close moment.
Vicky says they need glasses and goes to GCAC to get them.
Noah arrives and says he tried to get Victor to come.
GCAC
Jill leaves messages for Billy to call her. Jill tells Colin she can’t watch Billy self-destruct. Colin spots Billy at the bar and Jill goes to see him. She scolds him for drinking. He says its water. He says he spent time with Jack but he does not have his job back. He and Jack have a long way to go and says he has to put his animosities aside regarding Victor. Jill tries to get him to go to the party at Newman Tower. Billy refuses.
Devon wants to spend Christmas on a beach and asks his jet be ready but later learns he can’t go because of the weather.
Lily is in her office when Cane arrives and says maybe he should stay the night in the guest room. Lily agrees.
Lily tells Devon that Cane will never forgive her for sleeping with Joe. Devon says that Cane understands that Joe took advantage of her. He thinks Cane could forgive her if Neil could forgive him and Hilary.
Cane and Colin are at a table and cane tells him he is staying at Lily’s in the guest room. Colin suggests that Cane stay a night or three. Cane says he cannot forgive Lily but they are not talking divorce and leaves.
Vicky arrives and orders a punch bowl. Jill accosts her and says Vicky cannot cut Billy out of her life. She says if Jack is willing to give Billy a chance why can’t Vicky.
Newman
Luca and Marisa come in and Victor tells them they can go home. Luca Victor is not going to shut the Santories out. Luca accuses Victor of trying to get rid of him. Luca says it’s not a good idea for Victor to back out of his deal with the Santories. Victor says it’s not a good idea to threaten him.
Noah arrives and tells Luca it was his idea to give him and Marisa the night off. They thank him and leave. Victor compliments Noah on handling Luca.
Outside Victor’s office Marisa and Luca look at pictures of Ava. Noah arrives. Luca wants Noah to see the pictures and tells him to look closer. Noah says it’s not necessary and touches Luca’s hand and the phone falls. Luca accuses Noah of doing that on purpose.
Victor comes out and tells them to stop arguing. He says he is no longer welcome at NE. Luca says Victor has a contract with the Santories. Victor says he doesn’t give a damn about the Santories, he is talking about his grandson. Victor says he brought him back reluctantly and sees it was a mistake. Luca comes to Noah’s defense and Victor keeps Noah on. Noah follows Victor back into his office and asks for an explanation. Victor says this shows Luca that Noah is the weak link and this will stroke vain Luca’s ego. Noah asks Victor to go to the party. Victor refuses.
Billy arrives and asks Victor where Vicky is. Victor says hell will freeze over before he tells him where she is. Victor says Billy has lost all credibility with Vicky and she will never take Billy back. Victor says Billy is broke. Billy asks how Victor sees himself. Victor says a successful businessman. Billy says Victor is alone with his painting and is just as sad and lonely as he is.
Jabot
Gwen gives Dr. N the budget but he notices something is wrong with Ashley. She says she has a headache. Ashley questions if he can heal other brains like he did for Hilary. He says it may have been a fluke but they have to work on the formula. Ashley says she is willing to work through the night. He brings out a formula and says he will test it himself. She grabs it and takes a drink and says it’s really god gin. They drink together but are being watched.
Neil ask Hilary if she is doing to this keep him out of prison and tries to stop her from working with Dr. N but she refuses. She says the Dr. N’s research works and Neil can handle him. She points out that Gwen is working there because wants Neil. Hilary says Gwen wants him back. Gwen comes out and asks Neil to sign off on some expenses. After Gwen leaves, Hilary says Gwen wants him back.

Billy tells Victor that he is as sad and lonely as he is. Billy says he wants to be with family. He says Victor undermines his family. Victor says Billy is starting to piss him off and that is not a good idea. Victor calls Billy a punk and John would turn in his grave. Billy says at least his kids won’t take him to court. Victor says they kids won’t get a chance because Billy will probably drink himself to death by then. Billy says maybe neither one of them deserve to be a father and leaves.
Vicky and Adam arrive and try to get him to join the party. Victor says it’s a working day and he has a company to build. He says he doesn’t want to hear from her since Billy was already there giving him a lecture. Vicky leaves angry. Adam tries to convince him to go but Victor reminds Adam of his son with Sage and now he can’t look Chelsea in the eye. Adam is stunned.
Faith arrives and Victor asks what she is doing there. She wants him to come to the party. Victor tells her he is building the company and they will all get part of this company. She asks if she will get his chair. He says yes. She says if she can’t go to parties and see her family maybe she doesn’t want his chair.
Tower
The party is in full swing. Dylan and Sharon arrive. Summer and Mariah talk Faith into getting into the sweets. Nikki announces Nick and Sage have been snowed in and will not be at the party.
Adam returns and tells Nikki that Vicky took off because Victor made her angry.
Kyle arrives and takes Summer away.
Adam and Sharon chat and Sharon is looking for Mariah to take the baby but Adam takes Sully. Dylan arrives and takes Sully.

The twins are shaking their presents when Neil arrives. Cane takes the twins out of the room and Lily says this is it for her and Cane and that their marriage is over. Cane and Lily leave the room and Neil plans more decorations. The twins see the mistletoe and want Lily and Cane to kiss, which they do.

Hilary
In her suite Hilary finds the ring Devon gave her and what he said.
Devon is outside Hilary’s suite and suddenly Hilary appears and tries to give him his rings back. He refuses because he will not stop loving her. She says she thought he would be with Lily. He says Neil is there and she says Neil is pushing her away. Devon is making excuses for Neil and Hilary asks him to stop. She asks if it would be weird if they try to be friends.
GCAC
Abby says things seem impossible with Hilary at the moment and suggests he go to Lily’s. Ben arrives and says he called Max and Max did not want to talk to him. Ben says he is losing his son.
Traci arrives and asks Abby to get Ashley out of the lab and Traci is going on a not so pretty solo mission.
Billy is at the bar and Traci arrives and says she doesn’t want to stop him from responding to his bookie. She says he deserves much more. He asks if he deserves his family after leaving DD in the car and hurting everyone. Traci tells him there is somewhere he is needed. He doesn’t think it’s a good idea. She leaves.

Phyllis says she is happy Jack forgave Billy. Phyllis says maybe he will hire Billy back. Jack says he does not want to talk about it. He says this may be the last time they are in this cabin because he may have to sell off their assets. He is concerned about the cut backs at Jabot. Phyllis encourages him saying they can face anything.
Jack and Phyllis are in front of the fire when the family arrives. Traci says a billion dollars comes and goes but family is forever.

He says he ordered a drink but pushed it away and he is going to do whatever it takes to win her back. He says he is going to prove to her he is worthy. He says 4 years ago he said they were forever and he is going to make it happen. She offers to let him watch Johnny open his gifts.

Victor tells Luca that NE will not expand into the South American market. Luca says his family invested a fortune in NE. They are partners and Victor seems to forget who he is talking to.
Noah apologizes to Marisa about what happened the other day. Marisa says they can’t keep passing each other in the hall. He says he wants her to be happy and he has a job to do.
Victor calls Noah into his office and tells him that Luca thinks he is running things. Victor will let him do it until he decides it’s time to stop him. Victor tells Noah sacrifices will have to be made. He says the Santories fight dirty and he relishes that. Victor reminds Noah that he promised he will do everything in his power to help his family.
Marisa returns and tells Noah that Luca’s family is dangerous and does not want Noah in danger. Luca appears. He tells Marisa that he can’t wait to get back to the hotel.
Chelsea’s
In the hall Adam tells Chelsea he loves her, kisses her and Chelsea asks if he has given any more thought to having another baby. Adam seems reluctant. He gets a text and Chelsea gets on the elevator as Nick and Sage come out her suite kissing and Adam sees them.
Nick says they saw Faith open her gifts and seems to be very happy together. Nick says he is glad that he is out of NE. Adam tells him that Noah is now working at NE. Nick kisses Sage and leaves.
Adam asks Sage to tell him exactly how awful her Christmas was. Adam asks how she can have such a great Christmas when she was with Dylan, Sharon, Faith and she had no one. Sage asks him why his is doing this to her. Adam apologizes as Sage dries her tears. She says she wants to be okay.
CL
Mariah and Faith arrive and Dylan them that Sharon is talking to Dr. A on the patio. This concerns Mariah.
Sharon tells Dr. A that Nick and Sage are very happy and seem to have found their way back to each other. Dr. A seems disturbed about this information. Sharon says the day was incredibly healing and leaves. Dr. A is annoyed.
Mariah asks Sharon if she should be seeing a real doctor. She feels Dr. A is intruding into all aspects of Sharon’s life. She thinks Dr. A is going to shrink wrap Sharon’s head and hang it on her mirror.
Nick arrives and tells Dr. A that he and Sage have reconnected. She says she has seen what losing a baby does to women and she would hate to have Sage as her next patient. Dr. A says Sage is trying to be what Nick wants and should not be around Sully and leaves.
Ben gets a call from Jenna saying she will not let Max come to his wedding. He tells Dylan he signed the papers allowing Max and Jenna to move to Australia so he has to live with it.
Sharon tells Nick that Noah is working at NE and he is doing it because of Marisa.
Nick asks Faith how she would feel about having a new house. She is worried that she won’t see Sharon as often but they assure her she will see them just as much.
Back at Chelsea’s
Victor arrives and makes a cryptic statement. Sage asks if he is warning her away from Nick and Adam. Victor says he just wants her to be happy. Sage leaves.
Victor wants Adam to stay away from Sage and they need to get rid of the Santories. Adam asks if Victor still wants to control lives. Victor threatens Adam again about being Christian’s father and it would not be good if people found out. He says no one intimidates or scares him.
Sage gets knock at her door and Faith and Nick say they are moving in.

Ben and Abby arrive and see Billy with Vicky. He tells Billy to walk away from Vicky because he has no problem helping him out with or without Billy’s co-operation. Billy apologizes to Ben and Abby about what happened at the UG. Billy leaves. Chelsea arrives with sketches for Abby’s wedding dress. Chelsea shows a special dress and Abby falls in love with it.
Ben returns and tells Abby he is not going to let Jenna’s anger take away from their wedding day.

Billy tells Kevin he is there about his DUI. Billy says he has cleaned up his act and needs something to prove to his family that he is doing something useful. He asks Kevin to reconsider letting him in on the cyber project. Billy tries to use the Victor threat but Kevin says it didn’t scare him the first time and it doesn’t now. Kevin says Jack wouldn’t hire Billy and Vicky doesn’t want him around the kids. Why does he think Kevin would let him in. Kevin says the hacker bailed so the cyber fortune train has left the station.
Mariah arrives and Billy asks her if Kevin’s hacker friend is for real.

Sharon tells Dr. A that Nick and Sage are very happy and seem to have found their way back to each other. Dr. A seems disturbed about this information. Sharon says the day was incredibly healing and leaves. Dr. A is annoyed.
Mariah asks Sharon if she should be seeing a real doctor. She feels Dr. A is intruding into all aspects of Sharon’s life. She thinks Dr. A is going to shrink wrap Sharon’s head and hang it on her mirror.
Nick arrives and tells Dr. A that he and Sage have reconnected. She says she has seen what losing a baby does to women and she would hate to have Sage as her next patient. Dr. A says Sage is trying to be what Nick wants and should not be around Sully and leaves.
Ben gets a call from Jenna saying she will not let Max come to his wedding. He tells Dylan he signed the papers allowing Max and Jenna to move to Australia so he has to live with it.
Sharon tells Nick that Noah is working at NE and he is doing it because of Marisa.
Nick asks Faith how she would feel about having a new house. She is worried that she won’t see Sharon as often but they assure her she will see them just as much.
Back at Chelsea’s
Victor arrives and makes a cryptic statement. Sage asks if he is warning her away from Nick and Adam. Victor says he just wants her to be happy. Sage leaves.
Victor wants Adam to stay away from Sage and they need to get rid of the Santories. Adam asks if Victor still wants to control lives. Victor threatens Adam again about being Christian’s father and it would not be good if people found out. He says no one intimidates or scares him.
Sage gets knock at her door and Faith and Nick say they are moving in.
GCAC
Ben and Abby arrive and see Billy with Vicky. He tells Billy to walk away from Vicky because he has no problem helping him out with or without Billy’s co-operation. Billy apologizes to Ben and Abby about what happened at the UG. Billy leaves. Chelsea arrives with sketches for Abby’s wedding dress. Chelsea shows a special dress and Abby falls in love with it.
Ben returns and tells Abby he is not going to let Jenna’s anger take away from their wedding day.
GCPD
Billy tells Kevin he is there about his DUI. Billy says he has cleaned up his act and needs something to prove to his family that he is doing something useful. He asks Kevin to reconsider letting him in on the cyber project. Billy tries to use the Victor threat but Kevin says it didn’t scare him the first time and it doesn’t now. Kevin says Jack wouldn’t hire Billy and Vicky doesn’t want him around the kids. Why does he think Kevin would let him in. Kevin says the hacker bailed so the cyber fortune train has left the station.
Mariah arrives and Billy asks her if Kevin’s hacker friend is for real.
Day Ahead
- Phyllis to Vicky: the man she married and planned a life with is not the man she thought he was
- Mariah to Marisa: she can’t have them both. Marisa admits she has to set things straight with Noah

I find this Neil and Hilary thing ridiculous...she never ever loved Neil that way...even when she was married to him....so is it real? or is she faking it all to get him back for what he did to her...kidnapping her and holding her in the boar house? And how can she remember all about her relationship with
Devon yet have no feelings at all for him...is it just misplaced because of the treatment?
Whats wrong with Ashley??? does she have something that is not operable? is that why she is with the Doc...

I just hope they keep Michael Knight around for a while. Loved him on ALL MY CHILDREN as Tad. I think he should be sent to prison, meet up with "Fred" (can't remember his other name). Then Patty should return from Paris to break them both out and the three should team up and get into all sorts of trouble in GC. Didn't Ashley have a brain tumor a few months ago? Maybe this is a recurrence?

GCPD
Mariah comes to see Kevin and asks what is up with his new BFF Billy. She asks if this project is really a big deal. Kevin says yes. Mariah warns him that his hacker friend may be a con artist. Mariah asks why Kevin is not allowing Billy in and says Billy is desperate and would offer what is needed financially. She says he will need the money to get this project off the ground. She says if Billy is that desperate he will give him whatever funds are needed.
GCAC
Billy finds Phyllis and tells her he has not been drinking and spent Christmas with Vicky and the kids. He says there is a wedding in his and Vicky’s immediate future. Vicky arrives and says “what”? Vicky says they are not close to walking down the aisle. Billy says he was talking about Abby’s wedding and wants her to go with him. She says she is Abby’s matron of honor and leaves. Phyllis says if he doesn’t keep his promise to turn his life around, Vicky will freeze him out again. He says he needs to raise capital for a project. He gets a text and says his luck has changed already and leaves.
Phyllis asks Vicky if she has forgiven Billy. Phyllis says she suffered the worst betrayal this year. Vicky asks if Jack betrayed her. Phyllis says the man she married and planned a life with is not the man she thought he was. She had to open her heart and forgive. Phyllis says Vicky may be the only one who can save Billy.
NE
Luca says he wants his day over and wants to get back to the hotel. Luca keeps mentioning what a happy husband he is. Marisa tries to explain but Noah says she made her choice, he has made his and leaves. Marisa asks why Luca is throwing their relationship in Noah’s face. Luca gets a call.
Chelsea’s
Victor and Adam discuss how to get rid of the Santories and using Marisa to do it. Adam is worried something will happen to her. Victor assures him that he will not let anything happen to her. Adam asks what if the Santories realize Marisa was the reason for their downfall and Victor says no one is going to die. Adam doesn’t want Victor leaking information about the Santories illegal activities as he could wind up in prison. Victor asks if Adam is bailing on his plan. Adam points out that Victor will blow up his life if he bails. Victor wants the Santories out of his company and no one will stop him and leaves. Adam calls Luca asking him to come to his suite.
Luca arrives and Adam says that Victor is going to get the Santories out of NE and he plans to use Marisa to do it. He tells Luca that Victor is blackmailing him and this is why he is working for Victor. Luca admits his father does not give him the respect he deserves. Adam suggests they work together and put themselves on top of the food chain. Adam says they each leak information about each other’s fathers. There will be an investigation and that is when they step in a take over the companies. Adam says Victor would blow up his life just like Luca’s father has done to him. Luca says he has always wanted to stop his father’s illegal activities and run a legitimate business. Luca agrees with Adam’s plan and they shake hands.

Kevin tells Billy they will need $2 million for the project. Kevin says Billy is already in the loop. Billy says he will bring the money the next day. Billy is elated.
Mariah asks Marisa why she is still in town and torturing Noah. Marisa says she has feelings for Noah and Luca and it’s hard to let go. Mariah says she can’t have them both. Marisa says it’s time to set things straight with Noah.
Kevin tells Natalie he has the backing for their project. He tells Mariah that Billy will provide the money. Kevin wants to include her in this project and explains the project to her.
Back at NE
Victor returns to NE and Noah tells him that Marisa has decided to go back to Luca. He admits Victor was right all along and says he will help get the Santories out and he no longer cares what happens to Marisa. Victor tells Noah to find out what he can from Marisa about the Santories.
Marisa arrives and says she wants to speak to Noah.
Outside Victor’s office Marisa says she did not plan on sleeping with Luca but it’s a complicated situation and they share a child together. Noah says his jealousy pushed her back to Luca. He says he just wants her to be happy. He tells her he loves her but he is ready to let her go.
Vicky comes to see Victor and he tells her he has come up with a plan to get rid of the Santories but does not want her involved in this aspect of the business.
Back at GCAC
Billy places a bet on a horse which is a long shot but would bring him in $2 million if he wins. Billy watches the race on his phone and his horse loses. He orders a scotch but Phyllis cancels that.
Day Ahead
- Abby can’t believe it’s her wedding day
- Dylan says he wants to make sure Ben is not having second thoughts as Ben sees Ashley arrive

Adam will never learn that he cant take down his father.....and I have a feeling that Luca will end up dead.....by the hands of his own family and be blame/framed on Noah by Lucas family.....
Why does Adam not just come out and state that the baby was his to Chelsea????? and explain why he kept the paternity test a secret....another one that has never learned that lies and secretes always come out.....
Sharon I think is starting to come back to reality...she makes really strange faces as if she is thinking about her pregnancy and the bay that she has no recollection of giving birth to....any idea when she does the DNA test????? she will remember what it was like when Ashley was raising her thought to be dead daughter....and getting her back from ashley.....
soooo what will be the bombshell at the wedding????? Ben realizing he cant marry Abby because of Ashley?
