Ok I am going to squeeze in a small update on my lunch hour.

Here are some shots as we headed to our ADR at Chef's

I do not remember what time our ADR was for but we ended up watching Illuminations from the windows as we ate.

We both had the lobster Bisque

Jeff had ribs & I had....yes Macaroni Gratin (Mac N Cheese). I will never pay 18.99 for mac n cheese anywhere else but Chef's.
That is what I felt like having so that is what I had. Jeff enjoyed his ribs as well. I did not get any pics of the entrees. Sorry!! I had a chardonnay & Jeff had a beer. For dessert Jeff had the choc. cake & I had the best dessert ever on Disney property....the Profiterolles!!! I think that is why I wanted to eat there is for these wonderful wonderful beauties.

I also got Jeff's dessert

We love eating there & will be having lunch there next month. Gotta get those Profiterolles again!!

Sooooo after about $118.00 later we headed out.

I really loved staying at POR. I did not think I would but I really did!!

Yes snow!!! Very little though. Just enough to cover the vehicles.

Yeah when I put the garage door up this morning I was surprised. Hopefully we wont see any signs of it by the end of the day.

I know!!! I go to lunch at 12:00 & was leaving the building & I couldn't believe it!! I went next door to our office around 11:00 to get our mail & thought "good the snow is all gone". As I am typing this from home the sun is trying to come out. Just Wierd!!!

Ok will do another update during my lunch hour.

It was Monday 10/31 and it was raining outside. What better thing to do when it is raining then to go shopping!! Anita had given me the idea & I have always wanted to check out the outlet mall so that is what we did. We went to DTD & had breakfast at WPE & got a few Mocha Latte's then got a taxi. I did not have my camera with me as we were shopping but I did take some phone pics

Believe it or not I did not buy anything here:

I did however buy a new purse in the Coach store. They were having deals after all.

I hit the Van Husen store & bought some sweaters there.
Went into the Disney store & of course bought some pins & t shirts in there. I could not believe the difference in prices compared to inside Disney.
I bought a pair of indoor soccer shoes for Cody. I got Ryan a t shirt.
My credit card was on fire!!!! I was supposed to be home NOT spending any more money & here I was shopping. I loved the deals though.

So around noon time the sun came out & it was beautiful out!! Here is a pick I took from the taxi going back to Disney.

When we got back to POR we had lunch in the food court. I had a turkey sandwich & Jeff had the Beff & Blue Sand. Then we headed here

I had never seen the flag ceremony in all my trips prior & it was very moving to see & I am glad we got there when we did or I would have missed it. I had tears in my eyes.

It was very moving. And some other pics as we entered MK

It has happened to me before as well. I have gone into VB and come out without a new bag. NOT VERY OFTEN THOUGH!!!!

The outlets are fun to shop at, we went to three different ones on this last trip and help to stimulate the Orlando economy while we were there....

I agree about the flag ceremony, it is very touching. We have seen in once before as well. It is nicely done.

Can't wait to see how the rest of your evening goes!!!

Hi Anita. Glad to have you back although I was enjoying the pictures you sent & kinda sad when you had to leave. Thanks for making my days brighter by sending those pics. I can return the favor in about 22 days!!

Wow you actually left VB without a purchase!! Just kidding. I certainly helped stimulate the economy that whole week!! It would be dangerous if I went to THREE different malls.

Yes I want the boys to see it on this trip. We will try to be there at that time on one of our MK days.

I am sorry it has been a week since I last posted!! I am almost done with this TR & we leave in 10 days (almost 9 days) for our next trip. So let's put an end to this one!!

I left off that we had just seen the beautiful flag ceremony in MK. Here are some pics from that glorious day

I fell in love with the taco salad at Pecos Bill so that is where we had dinner. Jeff even tried it this time & thought it was really good. He usually likes the soft shells but he really liked it. I am anxious for Cody to try them as tacos are one of his favorites.

After dinner I wanted to shop around the monorail resorts so Jeff humored me & off we went. First I got a sundae at the Plaza & Jeff wanted popcorn so we made our purchases & headed to the monorail.
