I'm sure I can't be the only one ehre carrying more than a little extra timber which I'd like to (scratch that - NEED to) lose before the summer comes round and all those wobbly bits come out of hiding from under the jumpers PLus I've got a wardrobe full of things I'm hoping to fit back into rather than donate to charity shops. Here's where I am now: UK size 16 (but bursting out of some) - that's a US 12 I think At least 28lb overweight (where did that come from!) Rather too prone to just because its dinner time I want to be UK size 14 comfortably (US8) 28lb + (++?) lighter Wine weekends only (and maybe one day in the week) I don't eat loads of cookies and cakes, but I do like a bit of chocolate and a LOT of cheese And of course wine And what I save on wine I reckon I can leagally spend on scrapping/clothes/vacations....... Anyone with me?
