I prefer Wilderness my other favorites are Boardwalk - Beach Club and SSR.
(If you stay at SSR ask for grand stand its the first bus stop)

When in december are you coming?? I'll be staying for mousefest.

We're still in the planning phase, I'm thinking more than likely it will be the week of December 8th...I think!

The bounce back dates, I will not qualify, but are those the dates to the free dinning? I am looking into a trip next year and can't wait till april to find out the official dates. Sorry if this is ot.

Sherrypooh... dont fret my friend they usually have a public code or the visa code for free dining... so keep in tune and hoping to get you on board for all the meets that are going to be planned... it is Fun!!!!!!!

I am bias Kat.... I love SSR but then that is my home resort.. for kiddies BC or BW or WL is the best lots of decoration and very Xmasssy!!!

Hope our dates coincide so I get to share a cake or two with kelly

as I was saying... why I love SSR.. Ok..Ok..Ok... I know I sound liek a broken record... but atleast it is easy access to DTD via ferry but the rest of your trips of no rental you are going to be bussing...

I did get the email too but all the dates did not fall on my trip dates.. Unless I move it... but what I wonder is if I start on the 11th to the 20th.. will I only get free dining from the 14th to the 20th ??? dont know how that works.. I have not called them yet bec. I am afraid what they are going to say and I am going to end up agreeing...

awwwwwww poor kelly!! But she will appreaciate all this when you tell her... now if we can just coerce Angela to set her dates I get wo kids in one trip!!! I mean to disfriends in one trip a freudian slip sorry Hmmmmm OKW has a nice main pool... but if ever you do SSR and your driving.. make sure you ask for Congress... with DTD view !!!!!!!! and they also have the nice quiet pool...

I think the bounceback dates were from around 9/22 (could be off a bit) to Oct 8th. If it works like last 08 the start date in April will be around the same time or earlier and the end date will be around the end of September. HTH

Can your interval get you in to DVC?, from what I understand unless your II timeshare is popular you might have problems getting DVC. (expecially with short notice)

If you need alternate choices, Orange lake is close and nice as is Westgate.

You might want to post on the DVC operations forum with exact info.

Have been MIA - my only excuse is a short (and very strange) trip to the World and then the excitement of my daughter being in labor for the 3 days Oh, and of course the new grandbaby!!

Would LOVE to join you all as a POP Tart and make the trip next year Ohh, I'm excited just thinking about the planning and meeting everyone.

BB free dining was not offered while I was there - too early - but will book a room soon - where is everyone staying next year? Anyone back at POP or have "we" moved up?

so far... no positive location of stay yet... in my case I dont have any problem with POP.. well I do.. alot but I just go march on to front desk and bring my hefty bags with whatever I find and give it to them to fix/clean etc

For so many yrs we only stayed at a monorail resort - now not so often.

As a solo POP fits the budget - and Timmy, like you, have no problem getting POP to fix whatever needs fixin'.

What's better than a POP room with a lake and IllumiNations view?

I'm thinking it might be a better savings to use a code and pay for dining - paying rack rate for any resort make my bank account nervous.

I'd love to try other resorts to see what they are like but just don't see it happening...would like to try @Contemporary so we could walk to MK (don't particularly like the theme though) or a Boardwalk resort for easy access to EPCOT!)

I know what you mean Diva Kris!!! this past trip must be the 10th Pop time for me... after the initial room check and mishaps everything is always great... (sorry angela for the pool cleaning scenary...) And POP is already my 2nd home since a few at the front desk already knows me by my name... I dotn know if that was good or bad But if ever you go and have the chance to pick who help you.. look for Romenade... Justin and Roelleze... they are there between the hours of 7 and 3

my fave is CR though.. last Nov I did a 24 hours escapade and stayed at CR ... thinking that it might be my last trip hahahaha duh!!!

We've stayed in the 50's, 70's and 80's and enjoyed them all!
