Negotiated down from $110.00 but got the sellers to pay the MF on the 2022s that they banked. I felt this was very fair, I was hoping to get sub 100, but it matched my use year and was fully loaded

thanks everyone for your fidelity replies! we have Ivey. I didn’t realise they don’t work weekends like others we have dealt with. With the different time zone and my husband working shifts it’s difficult if they are poor at communication. However we are going to sign the contracts tomorrow and hope it’s 4th time lucky for our contract

$18,993 - 175x$85=$14,875, so if your closing is ~$1K, you had to reimb the banked 2022 points and that includes prepay 2023 maint?

anyone dealt with fidelity? are they bad at replying? waited nearly 48 hours on a reply to an important question so we can sign contracts

I tried to buy a contract through Fidelity once. I called and left messages to ask a question before making an offer and the agent never called me back.

Currently working with Fidelity and they have been very prompt and responsive. Have done everything online including making the offer.

Correct. That particular listing stated that paying the 22 and 23 dues was needed and so I offered a price that I feel took that into account.

So how long does it typically take to receive your contract after ROFR has been waived. Passed on the 10th and Friday was a holiday. I was hopi g to see them today. Hopefully this week?

There really is no bottom for Aulani. They will never ROFR because it will never sell out.
