SSR prices have been on a slight rise but mid $60's have still been going through with no problem.

I get that but with Disney still selling quite a bit direct I'm surprised one that low went thru right now.

UPDATE: Closed on 7/22, received our membership number on 8/2, called yesterday to setup online account and they let me bank the 2013 points even though the previous owner missed the deadline! I thought MS would give me a hard time about banking them but they didn't even bat an eyelash!

Why does the 1st post say "If you passed ROFR feel free to add your info in this thread."

Should it not read: "If you're waiting to pass"

I see there is a list of people "waiting" so they didn't pass.
