Why does the 1st post say "If you passed ROFR feel free to add your info in this thread."

Should it not read: "If you're waiting to pass"

I see there is a list of people "waiting" so they didn't pass.

Probably in case you already passed and just stumbled upon this thread would be my guess.

Thanks for pointing that out…. It should say 'IF YOUR CONTRACT WAS SENT FOR ROFR OR PASSED ROFR' There have been many postings of people who put offers in and have never made it to ROFR.

I'll try to proof read a little more carefully.
