So so excited to be posting here!

We put a bid on our first DVC contract yesterday- the offer was accepted and we started ROFR today!

So sorry… your price was in line for a loaded contract. All the OKW that has passed in this thread have been stripped/semi-stripped.

At least you can tell your friends and family you were have the first contract taken in this thread.

Keep at it… you'll find another contract that is just as good or better for the same or less $.

I'm amazed you passed. Disney is still selling SSR Direct and this is a low PPP.

SSR prices have been on a slight rise but mid $60's have still been going through with no problem.
