About Us-
I currently work as a marketing coordinator, and DF teaches at a local college. We are both from MA, but met in FL, and now live in MN! We have a love for all things Disney. I was even a CM for a short period of time. Weve been together for not quite five years, and started planning last fall.
There was really no contest when it came to deciding on having a Disney wedding. We did however agonize on what type of wedding to have. We looked at all options possible including DFTW, Swan and Dolphin, Buena Vista Palace and elsewhere. For us an Escape wedding was immediately out due to the guest count. Swan and Dolphin seemed to be a mixed bag. So, we set a date for a Wishes wedding. However, the economy put a kibosh on that. DCL did just feel right, in that we really wanted a casual and intimate ceremony to begin with, and we could invite everyone we wanted. So here we are!
Our families have all been to WDW more than a dozen times. But none of our family or friends has ever been on a Disney cruise (and neither have we!!) So, it will really be a fun time for all. Were also really excited to have it near Christmas when all of the holiday decorations will be up. I really believe there is an extra bit of magic!
