I will be posting here as often as I remember I need to lose alot of weight. I'm 5' 6" I weigh 275 lbs I would like to lose 100 lbs but I'd be happy at losing any . My plan is to cut back what I eat, stop when I'm full, not eat just because it tastes good, start walking 1/4 mile each day to start with start slow work my way up 1/4 mile a week unless I feel I can handle more I will post that if I do. I want to work my way to 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the afternoon. My goal is the 100 Lbs by August of 2011. If I lose it earlier great if not at least I have a goal Wish me Luck!!
