35 minutes running/walking, 25 minutes weights. Now to ice my stupid knee.

So I started this month out strong and was feeling pretty good about my progress and just knew I'd make my minutes this month. The problem? I overdid it a couple weeks ago and ended up with my 1st running injury. I pulled a muscle in my abdomen. I actually thought I had an appendicitis at first! It was painful!! I am completely better now so I am hoping to get back on it (without overdoing it this time!) hopefully tonight!
So once again, I will not be making those minutes this time! But I am determined June will be my month! On the plus side, I AM losing weight still at least!
Only 11 minutes today. I almost didn't post, but every minute gets us closer to our Team Goal of Roz Red.
