We are possibly planning on going to one of the parties. We may or may not be staying on site. Are there any benefits to stay on site for the party? We will not go the parks during the day, just the party. Will ILL be available for the party? What about VQ and LL? Thanks so much in advance.

No, there are no advantages to staying onsite when it comes to parties other than resort guests are allowed to purchase tickets earlier than offsite guests. This is no longer in effect for 2024 MNSSHP as party tickets are on sale for all guests.

For MVMCP tickets will go on sale for resort guests first then offsite guests later. (Can't remember actual number of days.) Historically parties do not sell out prior to being offered to all guests so other than waiting, there should be no difference.

ILL$: No, a guest cannot purchase an ILL$ with only a party ticket. They could in the past but stopped this practice.

VQ: There should be a 6PM VQ drop for all guests holding a party ticket for that night. Guests do not need to have scanned into the party to be eligible to try to join a VQ.

When did they stop allowing ILL purchases for party guests? We were able to do this in October for MNNSHP (we purchased ILLs for Tron and SDMT during the 4-6pm period before the start of the party). Just curious if this is a very new change. (bummer, because that was great - we hadn't ridden Tron yet and weren't sure if we'd want to spent part of the party doing it with the VQ).

January of this year I believe is when this loophole was closed.

Do we know if Tron will have a stand-by line for MNSSHP or will it be VQ for party ticket holders?

Historically VQ rides have 6PM VQ drops for only those holding tickets to the party. It is anticipated Tron and Tiana will function that way this year if they are both VQs during the party dates.

Nothing official has been announced that I am aware of so this is speculation based on historical practices.
