It really is beautiful though.


We had dinner at the Carnation Cafe.
DH had the fried chicken

I had the sourdough melt.

It was so good we stopped in on my birthday at about 7:30 am and asked if there was any openings for breakfast and they seated us right away. I did not get pictures but DH took a picture of the cupcake they gave me for my birthday and I did get a picture of the fabulous mocha I had...
We had just discussed them not... singing to me for my birthday and in they came.

Sadly my wish did not come true. But hey I was in DL for my birthday!
I highly recommend getting a button for your birthday it is super fun and can throw you off balance.
I went to Mint Julip for beignets that evening and instead of the guy saying what can I get for you or whatever, he said Happy Birthday. It took my mind a second to register what he said completely threw me off what I was going to say so I told him Thank You, and you threw me off to which he smiled and said what can I get you?
It really is crazy how many cast members wish you a happy birthday plus just people in the parks will wish you a HB too.
This guy was playing his fiddle and singing to some people in the petting zoo and as I was taking his picture he turned and played and sang happy birthday to me. It was awesome!


I have so many more pictures and things to share but I am going to have to update more later.

Hi everyone,
I am going to try and finish this up with mostly pictures and short comments.
Otherwise i am going to be doing this report for the next year
I highly recommend making use of fast passes.
We found it worked best to grab a fast pass then get in line for the ride.
That way we did spend up to 45 min. in line the first time (we tend to stay away from longer lines) then it was only a 10 min wait for ride #2.
The Paint the night parade was beautiful.
You really should catch it. We got to see it twice but the second time we were just outside of Pixie Hollow and there were next to no people around us to block the view.

The castle is Beautiful at night too....

The wishing well at snow white was covered. Did you know Snow white sings and fish start moving?

This area is newer. with a path that leads around the castle that I am not sure was there before.


Plus it leads to the Mexican restaurant kind of a huge shortcut at night not so sure about day time.

Had to get Santa in there!

And then there is my favorite ride ever!

This path will take you right out to The food area on the pier.
So if you go to the TOT head into BL hang a left (do not go all the way across Bugs) this will take you into Cars head right past Flo's and this is the path.
Remembering these paths made us do so much less walking. Short cuts rock!
I just love this view.



The Cove looks like it is getting more space. Good thing being as it is no longer a secret.

We did stop in for ummmm breakfast.
These were the Fun Wheel and The Black Pearl.
Very good, very potent.

We had Lobster nachos too. Sorry no picture.
My only complaint was the nachos are a lot smaller plate than they used to be.

I think i mentioned in a earlier post about Ursala's caves. The door is still there. I have no idea what is beyond.

To the entry of the parks! I know I am so very backwards. but hey its the order we did things....



So this is something I have never heard about before.
No lamp in the window?
Have they done this in the past?



Oh and the Tiara...
DH said if I wanted it he would buy it for me.
Love him. I settled for a small one!
