HOW MUCH IS YOUR 2017 DISNEY VACATION GOING TO COST

This is still just an estimate as we are waiting for the STARS to line up & give me a timeframe!!

5 Adults/3 kids/1 infant
2 rooms at either CBR or CSR 8d/7n with 3 day hopper passes and Free Dining (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!) $6500.00
1 day at US/IOA Free (DD is a TM)
1 day at Sea World Free (DD works there too!)
7 Flights nonstop from CT - $288.40 (Enough points for everyone - paying for tax & EBCI)
Rental Car for a week $400ish (DD will have her car so just looking for a 5 passenger sedan)
Incidentals/souvenirs $500
Plus I will have $550-600 in Disney Visa Reward dollars to spend.

Total $7700.00 - approximately $120 PP per day.
Hoping for a little better rate on the rental car and Free Dining is key, but pretty darn good I think.

2 adults / 2 children / 1 infant
7 nights / 8 days - CBR $1,162
Dining Plan - free
6 day w/ hopper - $1,656
Driving (food, gas, tolls) - $424 (last trips costs)
Added costs (souvenirs, grocery delivery, etc.) - $300

So it's $442.75/day. Or $88.55/pp (although I really shouldn't count my infant DD2. So more like $110.69/day).

We'll be there June 3-10 and I'm looking at a total cost of around $14,000. The bulk of that is for our room, a Lake View 2-bedroom villa at BLT, as I book the villa the day they're released online and for cash (I've tried 3x to rent points for it, and was told all 3 times that none were available for our dates). The extra ~$1,500 I have budgeted for meals and souvenirs. We do 2 VIP tours on each trip too but another family member picks up the tab for those. No tickets needed for that trip as I just renewed our AP in October.

2 adults and 2 teens.

POR July for 8 nights with regular 8 day tickets: $3050

Food/drinks/misc: $1800

Flight should be paid with points.

$4850 or $152 each/day

Only extras will be cost for airport parking and dog sitting fees.

August 2017
2 Adults, 1 Disney Adult, 1 Child
6 nights Grand Floridian plus 6 day base and 1 day WP $3,000
Amtrak to Florida -$200
Food-$1500

Late January-one adult
5 nights in a savanna view studio villa at AKL-Jambo
DVC Dues-~$900
Airfare: to WDW on FF miles, Home-$186
4 day PH tickets: $389
Estimated food/snacks/other consumables: $416
Total: $1891, daily $378
If you account for the dues being offset by renting out some of the spare points, Total is $991, daily $198

Going in January

Airfare SWw/EBCI $333.96

S/P/D All Star Music 3nts with 3dPHs and QSDDP. $767.00

RO CSR (trying to stay at each of the regular resorts at least 1X) $153.00

Dine w/ Imagineer $70.00 approx

Undiscovered Futureworld Tour $62.47

Breakfast last day OOP $15 approx

Total: $1401.93

I shouldn't have any other expenses except souveniers so maybe $100-200 max probably less since I only have plans for a couple of trading pins and a few magnets.

Just went online to pull up my actual numbers so I am editing to add those in!

I don't like seeing these numbers! LOL!

We are 10 days at the Contemporary Atrium Club Level. (Theme Park View)
10 day park hoppers
Deluxe Dining Plan
Memory Maker Package
Followed by a 3 night cruise on the Disney Magic at concierge level...

Family of 5 all Disney 'adults' and we are paying over 15,000.

Exact total is 16,280. (additional expenses added below to bring trip to 17,000)

Editing in the per person cost:
14 days comes out to 3256.00 per person which is not too bad and then factor the per day cost and it's a bargain at 233.00 per person per day...so this makes it a lot easier to swallow! LOL

We got free dining and a healthy cruise discount due to problems on a previous cruise and the Memory Maker is free as well.

Edited to Add even more that I forgot:
500.00 for MVMCP tickets
300.00 for 2 to the Highway in the Sky Dine Around dinner package
+ Tax, we are adding on another 900.00 so our trip is now just about $17,000

5 adults staying at the Poly for 5 nights (8/1-8/6) 6 day park passes (no hopper) and dining plan $5251. If you look at 6 days in the parks, that comes to $175pp/day ($210pp/day if you look at 5). My rate was $1000 higher but I decided to check with a TA for the first time EVER. I couldn't believe I saved so much. We are thinking of adding one more night stay at the Poly (7/31-8/6). This will add and additional $700.

Spring break trip
1 adult 1 9yo 4 nights
All Star Music Standard room Gift Of Magic Room Discount
Added ddp with 1 TS and 1 QS
Rounded up comes to to $900
Tickets...to be decided...either
Buy Magic 4 day base $573 for both and find an MM share OR
Upgrade 7 day hopper to AP for $660 both w free MM
So roughly $1500 before airfare

Second trip:
1st Room: 7 nights mid August 2017
2A 2 Children under,10
Pop standard room
2 day base +waterpark fun tickets
Will save these for future trip and use 6 day base tickets we allready have
Free quick service dining+paid to up grade to table service dining...bounce back
$2560 not including $1200 for previously purchased 6 day base tickets
Airfare to be determined later

2nd room: 7 nights
2A 1 Child under 10
Pop Standard Room
2 day base + waterpark fun tickets
Will save these and use 6 day tickets previously purchased and 7 day hoppers to upgrade to AP
Free Quick Service dining+paid to upgrade to Table Service. Bounce Back
About $2350, not counting previously purchased tickets

So about or just over $4900 for all 7 people, $100 per person per night or over $7000 if you count previously purchased tickets so less than $150 per person per night

Let me know if my math is wrong!
