This is a simple, two-part question regarding your home resort(s).

• What is the #1 thing you love about your home resort?

• What is the #1 thing you dislike about your home resort?

Answer the question for each home resort (if you own at more than one).

Although a simple question, I find it’s very difficult to limit the answer to just one thing I love, or just one thing I dislike. Let’s try, however!

Dislike: Having to go outside to get a meal

Like: Magic Kingdom view rooms
Dislike: furniture comfort

Like: The elegant decor of the rooms
Dislike: Can't walk to a park

Like: The proximity to the parks and the amenities on the Boardwalk
Dislike: Not a big fan of the pool area--think it needs to be posher

Like: Love the beauty/wildlife of the grounds

Dislike: Resort is so large that things could be a distance based on where you get assigned.

Dislike - Going outside to eat when it is raining and sharing the buses

Dislike - Room point cost to high, should be closer to OKW.

Dislike - studios have 2 beds rather than a bed+sofa

dislike: Hurricane Hannah's. My one consistent whiney fest, lol. it is never properly staffed. why oh why in the middle of high season, in the middle of the day do you only have 2 people working??

Love: The theming and ambiance of Wilderness Lodge.
Dislike: That Disney may be disrupting the seclusion and beauty of VWL with the latest expansion.

Love: Ease of walking to two parks.
Dislike: Lack of a good counter service option within the resort

Dislike: the food (except the coconut shrimp from Mama's Snack Shop)

Like: Proximity to Disney Springs (DTD)
Dislike: Reputation for not being one of the "best" resorts
(I understand that everyone has a favorite, but to me, any deluxe resort is the best place to stay)

Like: quiet retreat at the end of the day
Dislike: the furniture in the LR is not conducive to sloughing (slouching and lounging)

Dislike: The pool, it always seems cold

Like: The jaw dropping beauty of the whole resort
Dislike: Relying on boats and buses to get to parks

Have not stayed, but visited
Like: Very peaceful
Dislike: Not being close to a theme park

And let me add that I am a very fortunate person to be able to visit so many times (Hilton Head and Aluani too) and am very thankful for my life.

Like: Resort makes it feel like your not on Disney property.
Dislike: Can't wait to 2017 to see the new expansion completed.

Dislike couches and many of the chairs for sitting.

Dislike: designers wasted a lot of space in the main bathroom.

Like: that it FEELS like home every time we drive in! LOVE the huge villas. LOVE the low points. LOVE the CM's. LOVE the beautiful trees, landscaping, golf course and water views. LOVE that it feels far removed from the wonderful madness of the theme parks. (can you say "decompress"?) Love that the Studios have 2 queen beds!
Dislike: the new flooring they put in the GV's. WAY too busy and doesn't seem to fit with the theming.

Vero Beach

Like: how relaxing it is. The views from the Green Room. Love Shutters. Kids love the pool slide. Great Community Hall. Love the Turtle Talks
Dislike: that the drive seems long.
