So is it because they think bringing your own wine out to the pool (or wherever) will lessen their beverage sales?
I'm not being difficult, I'm searching for the reason/logic. Sadly, I have never been a "just follow the rules because it's the rules" kind of person. I always do better when I understand the reasons behind the rules.
I have no idea what their reasoning is. It's their ship, their rules. And as their guest I follow their requests and rules. People used to bring on rolling coolers filled with beverages. DCL has cracked down and no longer allows them. Not to long ago they implemented a limit on alcohol, but rescinded it. I'm not sure what it will take for DCL to decide that we may no longer bring liquor onboard, but they have set limits and I will follow them. I guess I don't understand why it is such a big deal to people to push the boundaries. Why possibly ruin a good thing?
