Bad news--my son's baseball tournament schedule forced us to move to the May 30, 2016 sailing. Please remove the Landrums--stateroom 7092 from the FE list. Hope you all have a great cruise and gift exchange!!

It appears that according to the policy and guidelines it would be best not to link to a Google document. I will continue to update information on the first page where our list of FE participants is located.

You can use the "Conversation" option. You can hold a conversation with up to 20 participants, I believe. Of course, everyone who you want to be in the conversation needs to have at least 10 posts to participate. And they are more private than posting on the open forum.

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

Hopefully this post or thread for DCL Wonder Alaskan Cruise 6/6/16-6/13/16 has not been removed. I have gone back and made sure to delete any links or posts to sites or threads that are not DIS forum. Please let me know if I have missed something. We began this FE thread this past summer and I would hate to see it gone. Any information I am asking for (as the FE organizer) falls under the names (number of people participating) and staterooms. Other information will be allergies and any special celebrations.

As of this morning, the latest count for our FE group is: 20 staterooms/cabins; 43 adults; 24 teens and children.

We will officially divide into two groups of 10 staterooms in each. I am thinking one group of adults and teens, and the second group of families with children. If members of this group/thread have a different idea, please post in this thread with your opinion of how you would prefer us to divvy up the cabins.

I cast my vote on how to divide our group, I'm good with the mix. I do have a special request though.
I would like you to split the girls, Ashley and Bailey 5005 and myself, Tina 5008 into separate groups.

Got it! I will make note of that. If it is okay, I am going to go ahead and split your group on the FE listing on the 1st page. I assume husband and mother are included in your group but you probably doing the gifting?

Yes, I am the Gifter for Ted and I. The girls each have their own ideas! Mom will be in 5005 with Ash and Bai though.

Thank you for the reply. This is my first time spearheading a FE group. No need to apologize for the inconvenience of the rules, I am a teacher so I understand the need for rules and guidelines. I'm just excited that so many people want to participate in our FE group. I didn't want to let them down.
