DDC XXII - End of Summer Bash

I appreciate all the birthday wishes guys! And I don't want to minimize the day. My wife is from NYC from a long line of NYPD, and knew lots of folks from her neighborhood who died that day (as did many of us). Hope you all took some time to remember all those affected both on that day and in the aftermath. I like the new memorial, but this was still my favorite.

Good morning guys!

We had a great day yesterday. It started off with us being selected for a special photo shoot with Mulan and Mushu. Some cast members took us back to China and everything was roped off and a photographer had all of this cool gear set up.

It's for future promotional material but no guarantee that we will be selected. Epcot crowds were really light yesterday, only 11k! for the whole day.

DD and I rode Mission Space numerous times in a row, she loved it. Rode Soarin, ate good food and met up with a couple of Dis Dads. Today is AK. Have a great one guys!

You Eastern Drunken Sconnies are light weights compared to the Western breed. They polish off half a case before lunch.

Only half a case? I thought it would take more of that watered down stuff.

Supposedly, the ice cream served at Aloha Isle is dairy free. Therefore, it isn't "real" soft serve ice cream.

I think I'd go with pineapple on this one. Soft serve ice cream is soft serve ice cream. The stuff in Dole Whips is nothing special. It's the pineapple flavor that sets it over the top.

I'm having a dole whip. It's good and that's all that matters.

Well, someone in IT went and screwed up. Half the computers are falling off the network, with mine being one of them. Looks like I get to nap until its time to go home.

A cruise no matter what brand of cruise line isn't cheap, it's good that y'all are at least going on one, my plan for future trips is another wdw then a DL and more wdw and then a cruise later later later on
