I have major weight to lose too (over 100 pounds any way you look at it) but I am also breaking it down. I want to average 2 or 3 pounds a week. We are leaving for California in 10 weeks, which would be 20-30 pounds by then. I have already lost 25 pounds and I would be exstatic for 25 more.
I have been trying to cut down eating at my desk at work, which is my worst downfall. Nighttime eating can be bad for me too, especially after the kids go to sleep and there's no one to see the calories I'm packing away!
I also am trying to do 30-45 minutes of exercise daily, usually a combination of walking the dog, treadmill and Wii Fit, which we just got over the weekend. Talk about accountability, at least to yourself!
I am doing an official weigh in on Friday morning, but the Wii Fit tells you your weight and BMI every time you use it, and you are supposed to use it daily.
I look forward to giving and receiving support. It's nice to know there are others out there working the same as I am.
