Harira Soup - traditional hearty soup flavored with tomatoes, lentils and lamb
Niki said, "We both started with this. It was very hearty and filling. Sorry I ate about half of it before I took the photo."
Couscous M'Rouzia - braised beef served with prunes, balsamic vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, and eggs
"This was yummy."
Vegetable Couscous
"Again very yummy and a huge serving. I took about half back to the Villa for breakfast. I will never diss pumpkin again."
Then while waiting for Illuminations, they stopped in at Karamell Kuche and got this treat...

"I had potato leek soup. Good but just a touch too salty."
French Onion Soup
"A few others had the french onion and really liked it.
The flash made the broth look clear, but it's actually dark brown as it should be."
All-Natural Fruit Punch - sweetened with organic cane juice and wildberry extract topped with lemon-lime foam
"My brother got a fruit punch drink, very tasty!"
Garden Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
"Dad started with a salad. Then I think we ordered every entree except the chicken! (Or is it hen? Aaaanyway....)"
Pan-seared Salmon on Leek Fondue served with creamy saffron-crushed potatoes
Sauteed Shrimp and Scallops with seasonal vegetables served in puff pastry with a creamy lobster sauce
Grilled Strip Steak with garlic-herb butter and pommes frites
Layered Ratatouille - oven-baked zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes and caramelized onions sliced and layered with quinoa served with a bell pepper sauce
Thyme-scented Pork Rack Chop with au gratin macaroni, green beans and red wine au jus
Lauren said, "Everything was good! The pork was superb. The only problem my brother and I had was that we are huge wimps and whatever they put on the green beans was too spicy for us to eat them."
"We also ordered almost every dessert! Their desserts are excellent. My mom thought the strawberry cupcake was too sweet, but I thoroughly enjoyed it!"

"I took a couple pics after we had cut into things so you can see the fillings."
"After you eat, they let you wander around and take pics of the rest of the place. And they are very good about making sure you have time to get a photo with beast. When we were toward the end of our dinner a cast member kept us updated on beast's schedule so we wouldn't miss him before we left. Our ressie had us leaving the park after closing, so I should have a couple decent closed-park pics, but they're on my camera so I'll have to wait til I can use the computer tonight."

We ate in the Ballroom at Be Our Guest. I took a pic of the place setting...then everyone took apart their napkins and spent the rest of the meal figuring out how to roll them back up into pretty roses."
"The ballroom is gorgeous! There was an empty table next to us so I snapped a pic so you could see what you might be walking up to at dinner time."
"At the back of the ballroom there are huge windows with mountains and snow falling behind them (it's a terrible picture!). "
"The west wing is much smaller and rather dark. We had a late ressie, so after we ate I was able to get this picture of an almost-empty West Wing. And that's my brother looking at the enchanted rose. The third room was closed off, so no pictures."
"But we walked by the lunch time kiosks to go see Beast and I took a pic of the lunch menu."

"We stopped by Gaston's quickly on Friday so I could take some pictures, so I got one of the menu there too."

"I had the most wonderful cherry turnover. DH had the cherry danish. His comment was, "Yuck".

She said, "Lunch was leftovers from last night. I wanted a sweet treat in the afternoon. I picked up this brownie from Roaring Forks. Really rich and super sweet. I could only eat a few bites. This will probably last the entire trip home tomorrow."

"DH is starting to get sick now. We did carry out from WPE. He had meatloaf and I had spaghetti and meatballs. Phone out of charge so I didn't get photos. We also shared tortilla soup and creme brulee. The food was all awesome."

The first three are the last ones from butiflfeet, sent to us from the Magical Express bus on the way to the airport.

Hail Caesar - Classic Caesar salad with prosciutto crisps, grape tomatoes, croutons & shaved parmesan
"DH and DSis had Caesar salads to start. They thought the crisp prosciutto was a nice touch."
Mixed Field Greens Salad
"I had a field greens salad. It could have used a touch more dressing."
Keen eye for the Shepherds Pie
We give the traditional Shepherds Pie a little makeover with our contemporary twist to this favorite dish.
"For our mains, I had the shepherd's pie. I liked the sauce a lot. It was more red wine based than beef stock and had good flavor."
Banger & Booz - Guinness & onion bangers on mash, topped with caramelized onions & beef stew.
"DSis had this and thought it was equally delicious."
Fish & Chips - Our famous beer battered fish n chips served with our fresh tartar sauce
"DH had the fish and chips and said the batter on the outside of the fish was nice and flavorful, as was the fish itself."
"We were stuffed so no dessert today!"

"This is a snack we had from yesterday (Wednesday). We stopped by the new bakery in France.
We shared a creme brulee, a chocolate tart, and a Napoleon. All were very good and just sweet enough."

"My last update will be from Sleepy Hollow. We shared a Nutella waffle and a plain waffle with powdered sugar DH added maple syrup on the plain waffle after I took a picture because what goes better with sugar on your waffle than more sugar? These were crisp and warm and delicious!"
